Paul rudd is laughing at the "rubba dub dub" because the actor was improvising lines and that was the first time he used that and it made him laugh. The sword fighting spartans were just extras being extra. Or maybe they were told to do that for the scene to add realism.

I have to say, I love this movie more than Step Brothers and Old School, it really flows better than the other two...
*Plus, when I was 10-12, me and three friends (and brother occasionally), would take my dads stereo and point it out the backyard windows on the navy base (dad was out to sea (6month trips))...
And we played KISS lip sync concerts with a good chunk of neighborhood coming to watch and sat in the chairs we propped up. 2 of my best buds were Ace and Gene - they were black 😂
Ronnie even reminds me of my buddy Nikki as Gene Simmons - he even came out and spit blood while jammin his custom Kiss bass to God of Thunder (KISS ALIVE II - why that song wasn’t in a Thor movie, duh!)... (he spews ketchup and air-guitar’d a tennis racket). Ace used to jump off our roof onto the ground knees bent to the side...anyway, we had a blast and this movie brings back those memories.
Miss you Nikki Hazard, William Summers and Sean Leland...that I remember those names from childhood and from all the moving our family did (navy brat, god bless our service USA...was a great life), and it was 40 years ago...
You want the best, well you got the best!!
