I've lost 19 lbs in 13 days by taking away soda from my life and replacing it with Evian h2o! Doesn't matter what water but I love Evian..I was drinking up to 10 Pepsi a day!! When I sat back and thought about it I was like omg that's 70 cans a week!! I've been drinking Pepsi since age 3!! So this feels like a huge adventure for me. I do hope I can stick to it!! Basically mike you want to be eating anywhere from 2000-3000 calories in a day becuase we want to cut down slowly dont try eating to many carbs but try eating more plain food or food you know that the enzymes will help digest quicker. Also we want to look into walking for 60-80 mins walks/light jog everyday you can use that crosstrainer in the bedroom if you want but id suggest a treadmill also you may want to try and drink more water so you feel more full. That all I have to say for a starter to see if you notice the difference yourself. ps keep pushing becuase you believe in your vision(Arnold) Btw dont they have butchers where you live
