you guys should make a link where random subs can send in their physiques and you can rate them just like you did influencers.. ide be curious what potential you see. and people would really value your opinions...

I respect you so much Anthony mentioning Ryeley, I meant him in Vegas back on his trip and I spoke to him a couple of times, humble and always encouraging others to do the same, May he rest in peace🕊️

Would be nice for you to put up all the photos you guys are sharing with each other for us to see. I know you did some, probably like half, give or take. I think it would help the viewer stay engaged in the conversation and help us understand/see the comments you are making about the photos we can't see. Just my perspective on it, but I think others would agree.

I wish Zack would realize his potential because I feel like post show he just blows up instead of using that rebound to his advantage. His size is crazy but he’s never fully shredded on stage

I like the comment q’s. A lot of people in the legal profession that I’m in suffer with mental health issues. But was wondering if you guys can talk about the mental/mental health aspect of training especially when on prep? I think it’s a topic that should be covered and think a lot of people could benefit from it. Would be interesting to get both Kyle and Anthony’s perspectives on it, maybe what you’ve dealt with mentally or have had to help others you coach with? Just a thought. 💪🏻

@@hornplayz8968 I’m corny ? but you have no profile picture tryna talk shit to someone being positive. You realize Kyle not only likes these people as well but talks to them in real life. That make him corny too ? Or you just go around spreading hate for fun ? Oh and by the way you still have Call Of Duty videos on your channel. Much love god bless 🖤✅

Hey guys, so I have been training off and on for years but the past 2 years I have been pretty consistent and dedicated. I control what I eat measure everything and maintain a pretty consistent diet year around. I have never competed but everyone always asks me if I compete. I honestly just love the gym, I always have. It is my therapy and stress reliever. I have a huge problem with body dysmorphia and I think that is the main cause of why I have not competed. Currently 5’11” 215 probably 13% bf. I mean not that big but bigger than a normal person that is 5’11” How do you recommended I overcome the body dysmorphia and maybe compete one day? I always think I am not big enough to compete but maybe I am just in my own head.

sometimes i think gym bros need to realize the gym is for everyone, even people that dont take it seriously. we have no right to say someone shouldnt record because "YOU" dont think they are taking the gym seriously. no offense but who cars what u think and why do you care what an other complete stranger is doing in the gym anyways. like brodie said, if it's that big of a problem for u go to a private gym that wont allow filming.

Great podcast I watch them during my cardio sessions, I’m 17 155 pounds quite lean my dad was a pro bodybuilder so I would like to step on stage eventually but I’m trying to get up to 185 pounds for the bulk and eating 4000+ calories and somehow I still am not gaining weight but I’m not losing weight. I’m at a steady maintenance and I’m struggling the first year then lifting for about six years.

Antony keeps throwing around ‘dense muscle,’ but just to clear things up, that’s not really a scientific term. When we say someone’s ‘dense,’ it usually means they got a lot of muscle packed into a smaller space, making them look smaller. But, if he’s suggesting that being more ‘dense’ means having smaller muscles, there’s no solid evidence for that. No studies say muscle tissues have different atomic density. So, take it with a grain of salt when he says ‘dense.’
