You forgot the best thing about the weapon: finally a bayonet for Support class.

Holy crap Kris u actually managed to go thru all those easter egg challenges and unlock the peacekeeper revolver...im so jealous
D-MAN With this last July update. People data mined it months ago and thought that DICE never added it in the game when the patch came out. But turns out it IS in the game and is like the Phantom Bow from BF4. You have to complete a bunch of easter egg assignments to unlock it.

Easy on PC, im a console (XB1) plebe and my Chromebook can't run the software to isolate the morse code for some of the easter eggs. Im thinking that if i ever do these easter egg missions im gonna need the BF1 discords help...
Its single shot reload. Dont be jealous. Its almost identical to the Gasser Revolver. Only main difference being it has nifty animations.
Nifty reload animations and the fact that its considered "The greatest handgun in the world" or something like that. Plus i kinda want it for bragging rights lol

I love it too, i just place an ammo box at my feet and i've became a portable AA gun. Not to mention its insane ability to wipe crowds in a second

Very fun gun to use, Effectively holds 40 rounds if you switch to incendiary before you reload, versatile too, Because it's effective against vehicles.

Hey Kris, your BF1 and BFH videos have been a great resource! I was wondering if you could do a video on the class specialisations (perks?). The game is pretty vague about what they do. It would be nice to know what the actual values are.

Nice video. You forgot to mention it is also the only support weapon capable of equipping a bayonet, which is nice for killing those pesky elite troops.
I love using this in the trenches on Somme, I regularly get triple kills
I like that you don't even need to be support to unlock the trench variant.

How the hell is the recoil so low for you on the optical variant,
PC handles recoil 10x better. That's why when the "In The Name of Tsar" dlc came out. PC used the parabellum but console B's still used the bar.

he compensates for it by moving his joy stick down ever so slightly
this gun has like almost 0 horizontal recoil, so just hold the stick down and it should be fine

I remember destroying an entire air ship behemoth with the incendiary rounds on my own. No AA guns, just the Burton.

I came here after dropping an entire airship by myself with this thing it’s overpowered if you get 5-6 bullets off that plane is gonna drop
Is it still like that? I've been trying it out recently and idk it doesn't feel like it. I guess I'm just missing most of my shots?

I'm torn. Bf1 had so many problems that it looks like they will rectify in BFV. But I love the WW1 steampunk esque setting.

Yes I agree. Though I wouldn't call it "steampunk" but grittier than previous titles. BFV looks too unrealistic and light hearted in comparison to BF1

how do you switch to the other clip on pc ?
Look I know I'm bad but how do you stay alive so long? I'll spawn in and be under LMG fire. And before I make to the front lines I'll be killed by some camping assult in a corner or some not-even visible sniper. Also at 3:26 I would have tried the same thing execpt knowing my luck 5 guys would have walked in *AFTER* tossing gas/incendiary grenades not to mention I probably would have charged directly into the guy and still gone passed him....(Heavy breathing slows)

I know this is late, but you can know where everyone is just by listening for footsteps. Also try to stick by your teammates so they can help you in a gunfight
Probably the best short range lmg now, even better than the bar. Not a good choice for large maps though

If you ever play and win the first defense look out for constant gunfire from 1 corner of the map it’s 3-6 supports sitting in the corner trying to kill it 😂

I still have an, "What if," moment with this gun in ww1. What if they did used this in ww1 more widely? I already have surmises of could have happened. I predict it having half good and half bad. Basically, it's one of those guns that is so ahead of its time that it will suffer from the catch of being so far. The weapon will have a lot of design flaws in its mechanical operation that people would not noticed at first than a typical regular guns of the time. It would be until they actually experience the problems first had that developers start to identify and resolve/refine the gun to be more efficient. This literally is what always happens when new technology is introduced and first of its kind.You experience the trial by error/research process to learn what qualities and featurs makes for the best ______ (insert name of item or concept here.) to have. I think they would have definitely changed and altered a LOT of things on this gun during the process. (One example of many in my head: One mag instead.)
(By the way, the scenario I imagined is not necessarily where they exclusively use this gun for zeppelins My mental image includes the military using this thing on the ground by people and etc. Because of this the gun will experience a lot of complaints and suggestions of how to improving it by users. I don't see it being a super 100% hit when initially launched. It's more like a gun that would be the predecessor gun to another firearm that would be a hit. Think of this gun being like the borchardt c-93 is to the lugar.)

So, real talk. Is the community actually dead or something? I've been trying to find a conquest game for 2 days and always end in empty servers, it takes forever to find an Operation, even a random one, and the only game mode i can join with decent frequence is team deathmatch. wtf?
No such problems on my side. Lots of servers. Try maybe re-calibrating your filter?
Don't go through the quick match option, go through the server browser and filter to "players" and it should show full servers.
(I play on Xbox, so I had to press down on the left analog stick to use one of the filters to find full servers.
What's weird for me is i find operations games easy but conquest is empty for me for some reason
Look through the server list? That sounds like something i should've done *before* posting. Still, thanks for the idea.
Which console and which country are you in? USA PC servers basically only consist of Conquest and Operations. Im so jealous of EU having constant servers of all maps and game modes. I have never even been able to find a game of Air Superiority.
