LIZ has those smooth but powerful vocals made for the R&B! She is able to easily do runs and belt super loud without sounding too strained. Her voice makes this song super addicting! Shoutout to Yujin for her loud voice!
RIP their vocal cords. Liz’s G5 is definitely more smooth and easy than yujin’s. I hope starship take care of yujin’s vocal health. She sounds very strained sometimes.

Leeseo, Liz and Yujin are the best here. Wonyoung and Gaeul are also too good. Even with that imperfection at 3:28, I am really happy with how Liz is enjoying this encore. It screams "Finally! Gotta show what I got! " I'm so happy for her. Gotta applaude Leeseo with covering Rei's parts in performances and in their encore. Appreciate Leeseo y'all!

Darling, you need to see more encores and listen more music if this is high on your list. They did decent, amazing even for actual standards but they reached no milestone nor any heaven while singing.
I'm so happy for them, I AM is quite a vocally challenging song and they're able to sing THIS WELL even without backing vocals or earpieces, Liz and Yujin especially did so well, Leeseo and Wonyoung's singing was very clear and Gaeul's rap was CLEAN ASF

Because even me, as a Liz fan, when I Am was released, I doubted that she could pull off her high notes as there were very few instances that she was able to showcase her full potential in their songs. She never had a high note in Eleven, Love Dive and After Like. It's always Yujin who sing high notes in their title tracks.
@@fennekindol2503 they were never underrated, even antis used liz’s vocals to bash the other members and she was basically their favorite just for her vocals. i don’t believe love dive eleven or afterlike had any highnotes so i don’t see how they would give them to liz, however in their bsides they have given MANY good vocal opportunities to liz, she had an insane highnote in royal which was praised by many, in the rest she’s had good opportunity aswell. besides they had 3 title tracks before this so

There were even many youtube videos about that from respected youtubers which you can't call an anti. So if you didn't notice those things, obviously, you are not a Liz fan.

@@csp09 these is some strain in her voice. They could also be under pressure here with a lot of hate they get about their singing. I think with more training they will all be even more confident.
@@qtpr8675 you don't need to be a vocal coach to hear the strains. It was obvious. It happens to singers and some don't realize it. The same thing with IU's Good Day where she's straining her voice in the high notes (yep, she, herself, knows she's straining that's why she fixed her technique). It's great that she's able to hit the high notes, but it could be very unhealthy for her vocal chords. There's still a lot of room for improvements and she may be able to fix her technique in the future
leeseo's parts in the verses / prechorus are pretty and angelic!!! but omg her part in the bridge is SO strong and powerful!!! she has improved so much, and her range is incredible comparing her low notes in “my satisfaction” to her high notes here?? so so proud of her; if there’s one thing leeseo’s gonna do is grow ❤
This is what happened when you give Liz her deserved vocal spotlight. I hope to see more of her prowess as main vocalist. Shine brighter! Yujin as well 🔥

원래 이 노래는 후렴이 나올 때마다 조금씩 조금씩 더 힘 있게 부르는 게 포인트임. 반주만 들어도 마지막 후렴이 클라이맥스 부분이니 리즈도 그거를 살려서 부르려고 한 것 같아요. 그래서 약간 가성에서 힘 있는 진성/믹스보이스가 됨

더쇼가 라이브 하기에 최악의 조건이라 더 그런걸지도... 더쇼는 인이어도 안주고 코러스도 없는 엠알만 나와서 자기가 노래를 불러도 자기 목소리가 아예 안들려서 음정도 맞추기 힘든 조건으로 악평이 자자하지...

Only Liz can survive without auto-tune. Her voice is stable, not nasally, neither shaky. She is perfect on tune.

Yujin hits all E5 - F#5 - G5 notes like she’s insane. Those notes are really high and it’s hard to reach

@@csp09 these is some strain in her voice. They could also be under pressure here with a lot of hate they get about their singing. I think with more training they will all be even more confident.
@@qtpr8675 you don't need to be a vocal coach to hear the strains. It was obvious. It happens to singers and some don't realize it. The same thing with IU's Good Day where she's straining her voice in the high notes (yep, she, herself, knows she's straining that's why she fixed her technique). It's great that she's able to hit the high notes, but it could be very unhealthy for her vocal chords. There's still a lot of room for improvements and she may be able to fix her technique in the future

leeseo's parts in the verses / prechorus are pretty and angelic!!! but omg her part in the bridge is SO strong and powerful!!! she has improved so much, and her range is incredible comparing her low notes in “my satisfaction” to her high notes here?? so so proud of her; if there’s one thing leeseo’s gonna do is grow ❤

@@yoon9521 Yep her vocals in bsides are also 🔥 I think by far this the best era of her. She really shines even more, as she should. Also her overall glow nowadays is really something 💗 So glad Starship finally realized her power as a vocalist. So I'm really looking forward for more with their next 😻
