I just wanted to ask u b4 I forget. I just found out what it was called when u said it the Eagle spread my legs will not go into that what kind of workout do u have to do to get your legs to do that feels like my hips R going to come out of the sockets lol

Man am I missing something in technique or is the dependent on your hips. Cause I can not for the life of me turn my foot out and backwards like that.
