Bought one of these a few weeks ago, set up like yours with the red dot. I was able to get a five-shot 5" group at 50 yards, using the optic. Four shots grouped at 3 7/8". The dot is a game-changer for me. I'm 74 BTW. Totally sold on this gun.
I have a STR-9 and two STR-9F. Love all of them. They eat any ammo I run through them. Even steel case. The gun just laughs at it. Def need to be promoted more. Can’t wait to hold one of these!

I bought one of the regular full size STR-9F... Loved it... I then ended up with the STR-9F combat as well... LOVE this gun. Shoots incredible... Absolutely incredible gun no matter the cost, and for less that 5 bills (on sale) it is the steal of the decade. FWIW, the back stippling on the grip was very stiff when I got both of mine but I learned fairly quick that it got much better after shooting it a little...
Thank you for your feedback, I think that this STR-9 F will be my first hand gun, I read many good opinions about it. I want a full size pistol, I had in hand the middle size one (couldn't shoot with it), good feelings, real good grips also on the slide, good right trigger, obvious quality. Do you find it accuracy ?My first choice was the CZ SP-10F, but finally, this cheaper model seems perfect for me !! Greetings from France.
Bought an MC9 and is an amazing firearm, which made me buy the STR9 SC which is amazing also. Thanks for finding how to adjust elevation of the rear sight. I couldn't find it up until now!
They do like to pay more, 😂😂😂it kills me! It's absolutely amazing what you can do with 500 600 bucks, I couldn't look at myself in the mirror, 2500 for a pistol, I'd rather poop a lit match 😉
Sig fan boys get on my nerves. (Yes I've owned p365 variants) Well not all the sig guys are irritating. Just the young ones in their 20's who have never shot anything else but Sig. So everything else sucks in their eyes. So young and dumb 😂

That price of $232 is before the Rebate so I paid $157 for my STR9F . That’s a steal!

Just picked up a str9 full size. 17 Rd mag. Im ccw it right now. Not bad.

Have you found a holster for the STR-9 combat?
Yes there is a Kayden holster made to accommodate a red dot as well. I am not home but I will look and get manufacture of it for you

The file on my Swiss Army knife worked great on the back strap. Just do a little at a time until it’s to your liking.

There has been some consern about the longterm durability of the Str pistols. Would be nice to see a 1000 rnd or 5000rnd review.

it aint combat proven girls. u carry it ill run with the czp10fs which is
