Another good piece of advice on staying safe is put as much guy stuff on your dashboard. Baseball caps, work gloves, and a couple of inexpensive tools . And outside by the door, some dirty old work shoes, maybe some grubby looking socks to go with. Even a woman living alone get some old ashaphlt covered work boots and set them out on the porch secured with some superglue, and you'll never be bothered again. Works like a charm👍!
Living in a van tends to be much more transparent... I've heard this advice before and I think if anyone is ever watching that closely, they will quickly see that I'm alone. That being said, I've lived alone for many years (and also as a single mom) and have rarely been bothered by strangers... and certainly not harmed. But I'm glad it has worked for you!❤️
