sometimes i like to see 'negative' events as something that had to happen to show me an emotion that just needs to be released. I can feel the relaxation when i remind myself of this and it takes the blame off anyone involved. 'it needed to happen'.

when you say we can't experience anything that's outside of our beliefs... what does this mean exactly? Because i'm thinking i means - if you don't believe it, it can't appear to you ~ like if you cant believe someone can win a race yet they win... we are experiencing them winning which we didn't believe? i supposed it only works in terms of ourselves rather than other people?
What I would like to know is that if no one dies, where are our loved ones? Are they here? How can we say we don't die, but not say where all of our loved ones have gone? Where are they?
