I especially loved how bettel made a comment to psych himself up of "people go through this all the time, i can handle it for a few minutes" because it didn't downplay the pain either!
Yeah, I love that they take into consideration how long period pain lasts and that there are other things on top of it. I likely have endometriosis (not diagnosed, but I have most of the symptoms and a family history of it) and IBS, so for me period is a week out of my life. This type of streams are great, because it can be an occasion to educate (especially important, because a lot of countries have terrible sex ed or don't have it at all - my home country doesn't) and for some reason a lot of people dismiss it when women describe the pain (it's not good that it's a thing, but at least can be a way to convince the people I've mentioned)
Everytime I see these they only talk about the pain. The pain is the easiest bit of it all in reality so it's nice to see them acknowledge the rest of it.
thats bullshit though. period cramps are nasty, because they are long lasting, constant pain, not because they are extremely painful. if you ever had a proper food poisoning where you had to sit on the toilet for an hour, with some nice stomach cramps, you have basically experienced the worst kind of period cramps/childbirth. only imagine it lasts 8hrs, not 1. and most women dont experience that level of period pain ever either. the idea that men 'are dying' while women say 'it tickles' is stupid. Women have statistically significantly lower pain tolerance than men. A proper toothache is way worse. getting hit in the balls is way, way worse than what any woman experiences durin their period.
@@chuuwuyal2272 no. For what point of my comment does it matter? "I feel like Spiderman holding the train" 😂 I remember one time I felt like that. I have rather tolerable period cramps, manageable with some rest and a quick pill, but there's this one time. I was in middle school and the cramps were just so bad that I actually needed to go to the infirmary between two classes. I had just spent an hour bent in half over my desk and didn't catch a word of my class. I never went to the infirmary (a couple times for shots and a few more with friends that got hurt) but I just couldn't stand the cramps, it was really "like Spiderman holding the train" that day. I don't know what the nurse gave me, some tablet dissolved into water, but I was able to finish my morning classes before going home for lunch. Never again, thankfully!!
7:02 Man’s completely forgetting the part about how, laying around during it isn’t an option in most places. So you’re dealing with this while acting normal at school or work. 😂 Also, we’re all sharing info so I’d like to share, not sure if this is the same for everyone but in my experience (both my own and talking to others) you tend to be able to tell days before cause you’ll feel cramps and pain building up to that first day (like 3-4 days of buildup) and then that first day is like, can’t go to the grocery store for more than 20 minutes level of pain and then it ramps back down from there. Day 1 is always the worst. 😅
It feels kind of weird I'm a woman but I can't really understand these period cramps simulations, I Don't really experience period cramps, I have mood swings and fatigue but not the cramps, it's kinda crazy some people feel like they're going to faint from the pain which I guess is kinda normal!? Just kind of crazy that there's something so many women experience that some just don't on periods
I hope you never have to go through this pain, seriously. And I'm really glad, honestly, because you don't feel that way. Although I don't know if I envy your mood swings.
You're so lucky! I have Endo, so to me the best descriptor would be "Someone trying to cut me in half with a rusty dull chainsaw while someone else beats my stomach with a baseball bat". I also get the nausea, headaches, extreme fatigue, extreme depression, inability to eat without throwing up, high fever, among other things. I dont really have mood swings, I tend to just be really tired or really darkly depressed.
I think if you're curious about painful periods, labor contractions felt like extremely intense period cramps for me. For comparison, I would say I never had 10/10 period pains (probably 7 on this machine?), but labor was like....I was like paralyzed in pain lol
Yeah everyone's experience is different but it feels like so many people are having bad period cramps that I am confused of whether that means most women deal with a bad period.
Yeah my description for my periods is like a charlie horse for all of the lower abdominal muscles and particularly in the pelvic dips. I don't really get back pain with mine, it's mostly tightness/pulling-sensation/tension in my lower abdominal and feeling like I drank a cleansing tea (if you know, you know). It lasts about 5-15 minutes per bout of cramps with maybe a couple hours between each.
My back never hurt that much during my period but my stomach always felt like a small squirrel is trying to escape me and a large anvil is pushing down on said squirrel
And to think, us women need to suffer through that about 4 out of the 7 days our period lasts, and we go through school, work, showers, and everything like nothing is happening
ive had very bad cramps (so bad i had to start to take meds to literally stop my periods) but the best pain ive had was the lower back pain bc it would hurt in a way that would actually help my normal back pain, just like it happened with this dude 😂😂😂
Finding this after just recovering from my own is priceless. The moment he hit it up to 9 I lost it. (I get the ones that make you sick! And yes, I know I need dr help, they aren't listening hahahah :') )
Cramps depends on the person. Cramps can either go on the whole 8 days (mine are 8 days) they can only last 3 days continuously, ...god for bid its only the one day...that hurts...
I will say that if you put those things on just the right nerve it will make that muscle contract. So it's a little different from just the pain of the period. But imagine being on level 4 for like a week.
As a woman with wonky horomones, it hurts. A LOT. Like sometimes i have to just stand still or curl up for a few minutes. U have to think about it as a guy. For several days, with no breaks, we have an organ that rips itself into shreds internally then expells itself out the related oriface. If that sounds violent, in a good chunk of women, it is literally that violent. For me, my periods come very hard and last only 2-3 days but the pain is almost inbearable in return. The closest explanation for a guy would be to imagine someone put a clamp on ur balls and it would squeeze very hard at random intervals for 4-5 days straight. Also make sure u over eat to the point of feeling bloated n nauseous. U would get pretty close the most extreme pain and discomfort a period can produce. Remember, men can take physical pain better then most women, but the internal nature of a period is a very different sort of pain. Ever stick ur hand in a bowl of fat wet noodles? Think that feeling is inside ur gut. Its not a good feeling.
I want to get one of these to see how they do feel to my pain. Cause I sometimes get ovarian pain during and off of my period, wonder what level it would be at
a regular period lasts about 5-7 days. Its normal for it to cramp and feel discomfort. But the frustrating thing is women gaslight each other into thinking being bent double in pain is normal. Its not. If you do to a doctor and they tell you that's normal you aren't dealing with a good doctor. Its ok to seek a second opinion.
And you don't even get the booty shots! I've also heard legend that women tolerate electric pain better than men on average, but I don't know if there's any conclusive experiments for that.
My periods usually last 7 days, 5 of those days are full of intense cramps all around my pelvis area and lower back. Also, most women have period shits... I have period constipation, which causes a lot pressure and pain on my spine along with the cramps ;w; fucking sucks.. passing huge ass blood clots is the worst too.
The pain for me is worst the first two days, then goes down to about normal for another two. The blood is worst for those first two days as well - it tends to be the most severe while you're shedding out the uterine lining and clots, like that's when you're losing a lot more than just blood aha. That starts to taper off for me for the rest of the days. Two days very heavy and ow as heck, two days normal in both ways, two or three days light and pretty painless, then it ends. The lethargy and want to bite people's heads off is pretty killer. Try to get one of those without a time limit and just wear it for the whole day on a higher setting lmfao It's not fun
So you have the normal roughly week of pain like this, and then you have the chance of feeling your ovulation randomly on an unrelated day, where it's a cross between constipation and someone stabbing you with a needle for a few seconds. And it switches sides each month.
There are different type of period pain I met girls who legit had to lay on the floor because it felt like a gun wound me personally it hurts and I wanna cry but much water fixes it for me personally so yall need to know about the difference by ever woman some have short period some have long ones it a never ending cycle of different pain like a Mystery Box for pain ❤
mine only last 3 days lol. the first day it starts halfway through the day the second day is the worst cause it speed runs and hurts then halfway through the third day its done.
Trans woman here, when I started HRT and had my first few periods it was really bad. Cramping wasnt super painful per se so much as a constant and intense discomfort. Bad enough to be bed ridden but not constant pain. They got more mild over time (or maybe I got more used to it).
Men, on average, do have a higher pain tolerance, so I was really happy to hear the discomfort of the stomach being gripped. Since my insides being gripped is like the worst for me. And then the role play?! And the "it doesn't make sense!" fucking lol, yeah that's so accurate
@@babbelbubbla I mean I don’t doubt that some people have had good individual experiences but it is legitimately pseudoscience invented by someone who claimed that a ghost told him to create it. Some chiropractic adjustment can offer temporary relief for back issues, but they don’t generally fix issues and are not legitimate doctors/medical professionals. Again, some are probably nice people not looking to scam anyone but ideally you shouldn’t go to one if you have issues
@@babbelbubbla several clinical trials have shown that chiropractors are pseudoscientific and any "health benefits" experienced, outside of _potentially_ reduced lower back pain, are entirely placebo. even for lower back pain, you're better off seeing a licensed massage therapist, as that is treatment which has actually shown to be helpful. they have no place in modern medicine, period, and recommending that people see them rather than immediately dismissing them as harmful (which they are) is dangerous. please do research before writing comments, and do not take your anecdotal evidence to be hard truth.
This is only true for some women. All my life of being a woman, my period basically doesn't give me any discomfort. I know plenty of woman who also don't get any discomfort. I actually think the fact that woman feel pain during their period is a bit concerning, because I don't think it's supposed to be that painful. I think it might be from the harmful chemicals in most pads, and tampons that clog their systems that could be part of the problem, as well as any birth control (I could be wrong, these are just some thoughts and personal opinions. If you reply to this, be conversational, not aggressive please.)
once i had cramps for over an hour and i told my mom and she took me to the childrens hospital and i stayed the night and they had airplane repo on the TV, never figured out why it lasted longer than an hour best part going back to school and telling my friend "oh i was just at the hospital" and she was like "oh okay.....wait what?"
tbh I thought this was wrong but it was just really shortened. here is my usual way that I use to fully understand equations: 3x + 7 = 200 3x = 200 - 7 3x / 3 = (200 - 7) / 3 x = (200 - 7) / 3 x = 193 / 3 x = 64.33... sorry for the sudden math I was just curious if this was right

I don't know what the nurse gave me, some tablet dissolved into water, but I was able to finish my morning classes before going home for lunch. Never again, thankfully!!
As a woman with an abnormal period, that has a typical 6-10 period cramp level, yep. This guy has rhe right reaction🥴😭💀😂
youd think that nature would find a way to make period less painfull in the millions of years its been here....
I like how Bettel becomes the Green Goblin at 7:34 lmao
3x + 7 = 200 200 - 7 = 193 193/3 = 64,33 so x=64,33
Had to solve it at around 8:47
Flayon sitting there spitting facts about periods while Gavis is drowning in pain 🤣
7:02 Man’s completely forgetting the part about how, laying around during it isn’t an option in most places. So you’re dealing with this while acting normal at school or work. 😂
Also, we’re all sharing info so I’d like to share, not sure if this is the same for everyone but in my experience (both my own and talking to others) you tend to be able to tell days before cause you’ll feel cramps and pain building up to that first day (like 3-4 days of buildup) and then that first day is like, can’t go to the grocery store for more than 20 minutes level of pain and then it ramps back down from there.
If I give you a gift box as a bonus then can we please switch period experiences?
I think if you're curious about painful periods, labor contractions felt like extremely intense period cramps for me. For comparison, I would say I never had 10/10 period pains (probably 7 on this machine?), but labor was like....I was like paralyzed in pain lol
Yeah everyone's experience is different but it feels like so many people are having bad period cramps that I am confused of whether that means most women deal with a bad period.
The labor moans at lvl 7 😂😂😂😂
Yeah my description for my periods is like a charlie horse for all of the lower abdominal muscles and particularly in the pelvic dips. I don't really get back pain with mine, it's mostly tightness/pulling-sensation/tension in my lower abdominal and feeling like I drank a cleansing tea (if you know, you know). It lasts about 5-15 minutes per bout of cramps with maybe a couple hours between each.
My back never hurt that much during my period but my stomach always felt like a small squirrel is trying to escape me and a large anvil is pushing down on said squirrel
Ur fast 😨 period pain voice pack tho…
I'd buy that
And to think, us women need to suffer through that about 4 out of the 7 days our period lasts, and we go through school, work, showers, and everything like nothing is happening
ive had very bad cramps (so bad i had to start to take meds to literally stop my periods) but the best pain ive had was the lower back pain bc it would hurt in a way that would actually help my normal back pain, just like it happened with this dude 😂😂😂
You can so tell that this poor man lives with pain xD
I recently had endometriosis surgery, but before my periods where Incapacitate me for a week.
This is by far the funniest man tries a period simulator vid I've seen so far.
The batman and joker bit was very strong
I once had my period for 8 months straight in highschool. Worst span of time in my entire life
My cramps start a week before my period and last until the day after the bleeding stops!
I've had cramps for a week nonstop to the point I thought I had an appendicitis and went to the ER
bettel struggling with the math 😭
Cause I sometimes get ovarian pain during and off of my period, wonder what level it would be at
These things sound categorically unlike any cramps I have ever had and I am convinced that they are a scam
a regular period lasts about 5-7 days. Its normal for it to cramp and feel discomfort. But the frustrating thing is women gaslight each other into thinking being bent double in pain is normal. Its not. If you do to a doctor and they tell you that's normal you aren't dealing with a good doctor. Its ok to seek a second opinion.
Now imagine the stomach feeling with your back too. That’s what it’s like💀
And you don't even get the booty shots! I've also heard legend that women tolerate electric pain better than men on average, but I don't know if there's any conclusive experiments for that.
Thanks for the clip
My periods usually last 7 days, 5 of those days are full of intense cramps all around my pelvis area and lower back. Also, most women have period shits... I have period constipation, which causes a lot pressure and pain on my spine along with the cramps ;w; fucking sucks.. passing huge ass blood clots is the worst too.
I get mild cramps, but I do get the headaches.
Try to get one of those without a time limit and just wear it for the whole day on a higher setting lmfao
It's not fun
We have to go to work like this, and still get paid less
So you have the normal roughly week of pain like this, and then you have the chance of feeling your ovulation randomly on an unrelated day, where it's a cross between constipation and someone stabbing you with a needle for a few seconds. And it switches sides each month.
on the lower back there are dips put it there thats where the pain is for me it feels like someone stabbed rebar into my back
These is great hilarious 😂😂❤
There are different type of period pain I met girls who legit had to lay on the floor because it felt like a gun wound me personally it hurts and I wanna cry but much water fixes it for me personally so yall need to know about the difference by ever woman some have short period some have long ones it a never ending cycle of different pain like a Mystery Box for pain ❤
mine only last 3 days lol. the first day it starts halfway through the day the second day is the worst cause it speed runs and hurts then halfway through the third day its done.
8:16 x is 64,34, gavis
Now do it for 5 days straight and you get average woman experience. Start out with the worst pain the first day then scale down. Towards the end.
7:50 thats how we feel i swear 😂 it aint Personal 😂 just give us food or our favorite drink we will be fine 😂
U got a sub there that awesome job
EHEH EHEH EHEH😅😅😅
Listening to this gave me crapms
66.3° =X
Trans woman here, when I started HRT and had my first few periods it was really bad. Cramping wasnt super painful per se so much as a constant and intense discomfort. Bad enough to be bed ridden but not constant pain. They got more mild over time (or maybe I got more used to it).
Men, on average, do have a higher pain tolerance, so I was really happy to hear the discomfort of the stomach being gripped. Since my insides being gripped is like the worst for me. And then the role play?! And the "it doesn't make sense!" fucking lol, yeah that's so accurate
ROFL
Someone tell Bettel that chiropractors are pseudoscience 😭
I been to a very good chiropractor, with nice bedside manners. And has help my lower back issues & other minor issues too. Do not dismiss them.
@@babbelbubbla
I mean I don’t doubt that some people have had good individual experiences but it is legitimately pseudoscience invented by someone who claimed that a ghost told him to create it. Some chiropractic adjustment can offer temporary relief for back issues, but they don’t generally fix issues and are not legitimate doctors/medical professionals. Again, some are probably nice people not looking to scam anyone but ideally you shouldn’t go to one if you have issues
They have their place.
Did someone delete my long reply in response to the first person
@@babbelbubbla several clinical trials have shown that chiropractors are pseudoscientific and any "health benefits" experienced, outside of _potentially_ reduced lower back pain, are entirely placebo. even for lower back pain, you're better off seeing a licensed massage therapist, as that is treatment which has actually shown to be helpful. they have no place in modern medicine, period, and recommending that people see them rather than immediately dismissing them as harmful (which they are) is dangerous. please do research before writing comments, and do not take your anecdotal evidence to be hard truth.
2 weeks of period...dude needs to google
This is only true for some women. All my life of being a woman, my period basically doesn't give me any discomfort. I know plenty of woman who also don't get any discomfort.
I actually think the fact that woman feel pain during their period is a bit concerning, because I don't think it's supposed to be that painful.
I think it might be from the harmful chemicals in most pads, and tampons that clog their systems that could be part of the problem, as well as any birth control
(I could be wrong, these are just some thoughts and personal opinions. If you reply to this, be conversational, not aggressive please.)
when i have to go to school. and i have the worst cramps waiting for advil to kick in
once i had cramps for over an hour and i told my mom and she took me to the childrens hospital and i stayed the night and they had airplane repo on the TV, never figured out why it lasted longer than an hour
best part going back to school and telling my friend "oh i was just at the hospital" and she was like "oh okay.....wait what?"
3x+7=200
200-7÷3=64.3..
tbh I thought this was wrong but it was just really shortened.
here is my usual way that I use to fully understand equations:
3x + 7 = 200
3x = 200 - 7
3x / 3 = (200 - 7) / 3
x = (200 - 7) / 3
x = 193 / 3
x = 64.33...
sorry for the sudden math I was just curious if this was right
