I had a friend who had dreadlocks, and he would get them trimmed every once in a while to keep his hair healthy, and he eventually cut them short for whatever reason
I sure know that if I had a child and someone cut off their hair. Without my permission we'd have a huge problem. Becaues that's an assault, without the permission from the parents. Depending on the the way it's cut. They'd be sorry for what they did.

I feel for the kid, I am 13 and I do theatre school and soon I've got a show to do in the most luxury theatre in the UK.
