Me too! This was my fifth one and I’ve finally done it! Pulling the string all the way through so you can see the knot before you pull through your loop really helped
Whoever said the young cannot teach us oldies things is completely wrong, Thank you for teaching this oldie how to get it right. A lot of the other tutorials show winding the other way which seems backwards to me and I am right handed.Thank you again

You're literally an angel sent from up above. I just watched 6 different videos at work and was ready to freak out on an unsuspecting customer if one walked in because of how frustrated I was. I just would have unintentionally taken it out on said customer. THANK YOU. For real. THANK YOU for this video. I got less than a minute in and completed my knot. THANK YOU.

Because of this video, french knots are so much simpler now! I had watched multiple other tutorials on french knots that left me so confused, but this videos shows how to make them quite simply :)

Hi, Okay I will delete my negative comment. I saw I was not wrapping the needle the same way. I was wrapping the other way. so for almost 40 yrs I've wrapped the wrong way & couldn't get it. now I've done 2 & they are perfect.
