As stated in the video NEVER use Google Maps to draw anything. Only use it as reference. Neither GIS or Google Maps is accurate. This was just a speed build demonstration. That house is not 100% accurate. You risk a lot of liability and wasted time using GIS or Google Maps as your data source. Always use the property survery AND go to the project site and measure everything yourself.

@vip3dcoreessentials I just used GiS for a rough design, and then if the project is accepted, do the actual mesuarent.
