I barely use zirconia. Even the weakest porcelains which are Feldspathic have a higher strength than tooth enamel, so it’s usually always Feldspathic or Milled E.max in my practice. In a quest to find stronger materials, the biomimetic principle was violated with zirconia and I believe it’s overkill. Of course it has its rare indications. With good IDS procedure, the bond strength to Emax is amazing, the tooth mechanically behaves the way it’s supposed to. Biomimetics is the present and future! ❤
What about bruxer or puerly non vegetarian patient and gutkha chewwer......which material give better results.... kindly include answer for this in next topic Thank you in advance
I love this option, there are some amazing milled composite blocks that can easily reduce the shrinkage stresses when used for partial coverage restorations. I do both semi direct and semi indirect composite for economy without compromising on biomimetics.
Thank you sir

Hello sir.... do you recommend Lithium Disilicate over Zirconia crowns ?? How is one better than the other ??
For a patient with minimal occusal clearance which crown may prefer doctor?
sounds like they make a lovely couple that would last forever. 😂
Can we make zirconia veneers?
Sir is it possible make zercoia only and inlays?
Sir your views on indirect composite overlay....even though emax is best...but economical option.
