All happened because the Captain was unaware that he accidentally disabled the autopilot, and the FO did try to tell the captain that they're off course due to a wind pushing the plane to the right and tried to tell him to do a go around but the captain ignored him. They also forgot to recalibrate their compass to correct their course to the runaway but only made the change once.

I was told that somebody at First air got PTSD because of this crash.
Since this crash and the merger between First air and Canadian North, Canadian North has one of the best CRM programs in let alone Canada.

RCMP Government has begin to investigate First Air 6560, 3 people survived plane crash, plane slammed in the ground hill 180 MPH, NTSB or Canadian investigators will begin to answer, so the question remains, Why did the first air 6560 descent too quickly to make final approach when pilots attempt to go around?

*They set the plane Autopilot to land because of the heavy fog! Maybe the Computer didn't know if the pilots are gonna land and the Urgent Alarm tells the pilot that they're near the Crest Of The Hill, R.I.P. to the passengers, crew and Officers 😭😭*
