Well… I can think of things in other Fromsoft games that could solo bosses. Pus of Man in DS3, Nightmare Executioner in Bloodborne, and Runebears in Elden Ring (I’m sure there are others in Elden Ring, but I can’t recall exact examples at the moment). I highly doubt any of them are capable of soloing the hardest bosses in their respective games, though. Pus of Man might be able to take down Nameless King because of his stagger animation, but I don’t know about any DLC boss. Nightmare Executioner could probably take on most bosses, even Gehrman or Ludwig, but not Laurence or Orphan. Runebear would not be able to take Malenia for sure, but I don’t know about Mohg. I have doubts about Fire Giant and Radagon/Elden Beast, too.
I always found the chained prisoner somewhat messed-up and horrifying. There's only one existing and you really can't make out what it's supposed to be. I had a heart attack when I tried the randomizer mod and every second hollow in undead burg turned into a chained prisoner.
Sif has more reach & uses the spin move more. Artorias dodges a lot & got cornered. Artorias has always been a piss easy fight if you wear full Havels as well, he just struggles against armor, give that man a mace or lightning.
I like how a prisoner who’s blinded, impaled with a broken iron stake, chained from the waist up 23 times, and can barely walk is strong enough to whip Gwyn out of the next century. I guess we know why he is chained.
I mean to be fair the first flame is almost dead which is Gwyn's power source, AND he burned up almost all of his soul when he relit the flame which would only make him weaker. Prime Gwyn vs this guy whould be an interesting fight though

It's also important to keep in mind that a lot of the more important enemies are also in a powered down form by the time we get to them, Gwyn, Nito, Artorias etc

He was one of the guardian golems you find in the royal wood since the prisoner's legs are almost identical to the guardian's (you can see it clearly in the concept art) and yes probably he was controlled by the dark like the dragonslayer armor in the ringed city or the harald knights armors

It's fucking nuts as you get yoyoed around the arena never really safe far away or close. NG+ Four Kings is also not even remotely balanced as they can annihilate anything short of full havels if their attacks sync just right. Those two are the only two bosses I have to get myself in the zone to face against, because otherwise I'll just get bodied.
I really hated when a Gravelord Servant cursed my world, It was literally impossible to explore the area without being killed after leaving the bonfire.
Some of those Gravelord enemies were the fucking WORST. Get Gravelorded in Anor Londo? OH BOY, HOPE YOU LIKE PAIN! The Giant Knights? Yeah there's a Gravelord version. In fact, there's two close together you can end up fighting at the same time! Somehow, Gravelord Silver Knights are even worse. They basically will 2 shot you no matter what and they have something like 4x the HP of the normal ones. Those, the Gravelord Bonewheels and the Gravelord Skeleton Dogs are the worst.

It's a bit sad that the Gravelord servant covenant isn't present in later titles, it was an interesting way to persuade you to keep playing even after you finished NG. At leat DS2 compensated by adding new enemies and challenges in NG+ and the bonfire ascetics. EDIT: Demon souls has world tendency, so I guess that counts too.

Iron Golem is always my favorite in these. Either he's lumbering forward to square up, only to get stomped by a smaller opponent, or they're rushing towards him and it looks like the golem is scrambling to stop them.
