Too much wheel into the corners, sideways off is slow. Gotta smooth those corners. Might give the pedal modulation a go into and mid corner until you are coming off the apex then put down the pedal all the tires can handle. Try this to see if you can beat your lap times in this video. Anytime those in front of you are pulling you off the corners you may need to modulate the throttle in and off without hearing any tire squeal. I'd drop the front sprockets a tooth or up the rear three teeth in order to get some bottom end. Top end isn't even coming close to the engine's want to breath and rotate. Hope this is helpful.
