Granted, there was the flagrant on Brunson, but that ultimately didn't kill them. And he did all of that on a bad knee with Bell's palsy and a migraine.

Brunson choked the game away. Played hero ball in OT and forgot he had teammates. Embiid played amazing defense in OT. Maxey needs to be drug tested. That is his team now.

Say what you will about Embiid’s play style and playoff legacy, but dude’s tough as hell for playing 40+ minutes in his condition and had some clutch defense in OT.

Still have no idea what atrocious foul was committed on the 7 foot 280 lbs embiid (who had a clean and straight shot) at 4:16 when his defender's hands were down and behind their back. Ofc, with embiid, its completely fair, but if Luka were to do it (even though whenever he goes for an 'and-1' it's always a tough shot through contact) everybody, including the commentators, will say that he flops.
Did you watch the actual game where they showed the other angle? He had his hand on his arm during the shooting motion and then pulled them back quickly
note that game2 f up by the refs missing two fouls and 28 sixers calling timeout seems to matter a lot more- the nba admitting they missed those calls doesn't help

😂 don't get me wrong I am a Knicks fan and what Maxey did was amazing but it seemed like the refs just stopped calling fouls for the Knicks in OT towards the end, hart was fouled pretty badly and brunson was fouled a couple times on layups and the refs just ignored it. But I guess we will see where this series goes and Maxey definitely saved Embid's 76ers career with that performance because he would have demanded a trade if they lost this series I don't care if he is signed through 2026! A player of his caliber shouldn't be getting eliminated in the first round when he's been in the league on the same team for 10 years. If Philly can't build talent enough for at least the conference finals he shouldn't stay there too be perfectly honest I think he'd make the perfect addition to the Knicks and would make the Knicks a championship team if they can get him with the squad they have now, they just need a really good big man and that's Embiid. Also the Knicks should still definitely win this series but they made it harder on themselves missing one of the two free throws in regulation. Brunson should have held the ball imo but they decided to play keep away and it wasn't their best shooter at the line. Oh well game 6 in Philly, and thinking Knicks close it out in 6.
