@@destroyernoah I was too young to remember this time, but my Weird Uncle Joemank has a ticket stub and a T-Shirt from the event. Unfortunately, it's not an official T-shirt. Just a slightly stained Taranchula shirt thrown at him from two rows back.
@@chantoloveYes, it was definitely 1979, because rather infamously, the Chicago show on that tour took place on July 12th, which _just happened_ to coincide with Disco Demolition Night at old Comiskey Park. (And all I’ll say about the long-debated whole conspiracy theory is: _follow the money._ 💰📻)
Oh man I would've loved to be there when Puppet Strong Bad was performing on stage. I bet The Cheat made a cameo after hearing SB say "The Cheat is to the limit".
it's good they have the modern strong bad voice, but they totally beefed the beat. it doesn't sound much like the original. still a good song though, but not the same.
1979. Cincinatti. Strong Bad. Best night of my life.
The Grateful Dead opened for him but their set ended up being a few hours longer

At the Taft Theater. I saw Elvis Costello there!
I like that Strong Bad's touring band is basically Parliament.
You mean the Strong Sad bait?

i always imagined a surprise spotlight/stage-entrance from the cheat wearing sunglasses at that part
I imagine this is what Strong Bad's wrestling entrance would be.
They didn't have to go THIS funky
I love how the crowd reacts to the Cheat :)
was anyone else there in West Rekjavik? what a show
Don Knotts woke up briefly, then realized they weren't saying "everybody to the limpet" and went back to his grave
***** Andy?
An Incredible Mr. Limpet reference!?!? What even?
LEGENDARYYYY I ACTUALLY LIKE THIS VERSION BETTER
I wonder if they ever heard this in East Reykjavik.

The most upset I have ever been in my entire life was the day I realized I lost this CD.

@@OopsieGoopsie You know what would be better? If Beck covered this version of the song!
Yeah that would be nice, but that's no way to make money!
and its pretty wierd how they chose "overwhelmed". i mean, its a a strong bad live thing, and overwhelmed is a really boring word.
Oh god. I know that feel, bro.
Make fhqwhgads to the limit again
Did it say come on for hobo guys?
Elijah Oettel Come on, Fhqwhgads.
Wish the album was free :(
i have the cd i can copy the files to the internet for you (:
If it were free then the creator wouldn't be repaid for his hard work. Buy it so he can continue to prosper.
