Lifetime Warmup Advanced Short version sped up to 210 BPM (wrong tempo - this one's 220!)

- I had the base tempo wrong and had to redo my sped up videos. This one's more like 220 BPM than 210. But I left it up because it seems to be popular.

At the start, looks like the right has a bit of a Moeller pump going on while the left has the fingers more isolated? Is this the case, or just an odd camera angle making it appear that way?
Keep in mind this is just Tommy's warmup routine. And after you warm up you should have a lot of other things you practice. If it's a hands/pad day, then after I warm up I usually go deep into accents, which gets me more into the moeller approach. (also, reminder, this vid is sped up. I created these to practice along to)
