    "這十二趟手中的姿式,有採自八卦掌的,如蟄龍探首就是探掌,蛇纒手即爲圈掌,進退捲臂爲幌掌,左右循環拳爲八卦罩掌改用拳打,白猿獻果就是直接採用八卦掌的獅子揉球,鳥難飛爲平托掌,雙點脚爲八卦點歩等。形意拳的有:衝心杵是崩拳慢打,撥浪捶爲活歩劈拳,流星炮爲鑽拳連環打,雄鶻展翅爲八卦帶手加鑽拳等。也有其他門派的武藝。然後王先生融會了他自己的武學心得,而編出來的一套拳學形態,冶武技、武舞與武功於一爐。大成拳之表於形態者,應以此為終結。練此十二趟手,如果沒有內中涵意,那就與練一般拳套子沒有分別,既不得功,又不得技,徒具一個空架子而已。
    十二趟手分別為蟄龍探首,衝心杵,蜻蜓點水,蛇纏手,進退捲臂,左右循環拳,撥浪捶,獅子揉球,鳥難飛,雙點脚,流星炮,雄鶻展翅。"~ 轉自 涂行健 著作。
    Twelve routine of hands(Twelve Tang Shou) is a set of movements which are Yi Quan strength testing training method in Han XingYuan school.
    This video is filmed in Hong Kong 1972.
    十二趟手 Twelve routine of hands ( Twelve Tang Shou )movement are:
    1.蟄龍探首 Dragon awakens and arch it's neck
    2.衝心柱 Pole through the heart
    3.蜻蜓點水 Dragonfly dips the water
    4.蛇纏手 Snake coiling hands
    5.烏龍捲臂 Black dragon rolls its arms
    6.撥浪捶 Sweeping wave punch
    7.左右循環拳 Left and right circular punches
    8.鳥難飛 Bird can't fly
    9.雙點腳 Double pointing feet
    10.白猿獻果 White ape presents fruit
    11.流星炮 Meteor cannon
    12.雄雞展翅 Rooster spreads it's wings

    this goes directly against wangs principles.. when you start doing these forms and giving them animal names, you are retricting yourself from free movements..

      these principles are used to fool outsiders.From my knowledge Master Han directly succeed the "Twelve routine of hands" from Wang

      Meh. Wang probably learned as much from the Han brothers as they learned from him.
