Of course Ash and Serenas entries are similar to the original. Can't do much to top perfection.
I'm most interested right now in what Clemont is gonna build to reach his goal. They kinda reduced it to comic relief in the original.
So Serenas morals are built off her encounter with Ash, huh? Neat. Wonder if she still has a crush on him in this version.
Very much appreciated giving Sina and Dexio roles. Now I won't forget they exist lol.

This was a great first episode of the xy rewrite series. I'm very excited for what's to come for XY rewrite. I love the changes of certain characters that didn't appear at all in the actual anime to now appearing in rewrites.

This video is good along with the voice acting I was surprised to see Lumiose trainer Zac voicing Lysander I can't wait for the rest of the rewrites because they were problems in kalos I didn't like I won't go in full detail.

Woo! At last and excellent!
Prtty good (re)introduction to the Pokémon XY series. Not that many changes to the first episode, not that it need much changes, but i do like the few changes that you made; introducing us to the boss behind Team Flare early on (and Team Flare as well, "wink wink"), having Mega Garchomp introduced in the first episode, Seerena's new motivation, ect. Not that many changes compared to the Black & White series first episode, but it dosen't really need that many, at first. We'll just have to wait & see how the next part goes.
So, all in all, i'd give this first part a decent 6/10: Not that different from the original series, so far, but it dosen't need to be. And remember, the first few parts in these kinds of stories are usually the least interesting ones. Regardless of what kind of story came before them. Or sometimes even after! I just hope it'll only get better from here.
P.S. I mean absolutely no pressure, mate. Stress ain't good for one's health. So remember, keep up the good work, take breaks whenever you need to, and don't forget to have fun.

Interesting rewrite of the first 2 episodes of the series
The changes in Serena are simple to give a new angle to her story (and prevent certain people hated and criticizing her) but they remain enough so that she is familiar with the character that many of us enjoy
The most noticeable change would be the introduction of the Team Flare at the beginning of the story with a lot of mystery for now, but right now I have to say that I like more how the original anime handles it with the mega evolution specials by telling their story in a parallel way until both paths converge at the start of XYZ
But I'm excited to see what you will do especially with AZ

Assuming clemont gets a chespin, it would be cool if clemonts chesnaught and serenas delphox receive their own version of the battle bond form, maybe serenas form could activate during a showcase assuming thats still the direction this series will go

Thank you very much, I really feel that there are several things to fix in xy, although I really don't like the idea of an invented mode like Ash-grenninja since it wasn't something official in the games until sun and moon and that's why I wasn't a big fan in the pikachu-zekrom way but now seeing it from another perspective it was well implemented in your story and I think you can improve greeninja's story I'm sorry my comment is long too 😅 but many things I wanted to express anyway thank you very much for the video and Greetings from Costa Rica👍🇨🇷

This was a good part 1 of the rewrite it seams to begin just like In the actual first two episodes of the XY but the only difference is that Serena starts her Journey before she finds out Ash is here in Kalos Frokie is already beaten up instead of being hurt after Protecting Pikachu Lysandere Is revealed Early and it Seam team Flare are behind Garchomp’s Ramage by Somehow Having it A corupted Mega Evolution instead of team rocket with their Control Collar and you show a Hint for the Bond Phenomenon by Ash and Frokkie by them becoming Insync which was nice also you Introduced Dexio and Sina as Sycamore’s Assistants instead of Those Two women In the actual show also it is interesting you are Useing Serena’s Game Art for her Picture while Ash Clemont and Bonnie have their actual Selfs in the Anime and that Ash has Long sleeved Jacket instead of his Usual Short Sleeve might take some getting used to it as I’m used to him with Short Sleeves Jacket.

Seems like a pretty good team, I never used Skrelp before because I had Pokémon X and I don’t feel Aurorus fits Ash well enough. Just my opinion. I am looking to Ash having a Honedge. I’ll give an 7.5/10. It’s unique enough to be a good team.
@@TheJaredPunch Glad you think so! Also, I totally get why Aurorus would be a weird Pokémon for Ash to have. It's just I was inspired of how playful Amaura was to Ash.

This is a very promising start to this! I’m really excited to see where it goes.
For teams, perhaps you could make adjustments?
Serena needs more than 3 pokemon. Options to consider: Azurill or Marill, Gorgheist and Meditite/Medicham as a mega evolution option.
I do like Ash’s team, but it does need tweaking since it has a major flying time overlap. So perhaps replace Noivern and Talonflame with Gogoat and Pyroar?
I'd say replace Goodra as at least Noviern was a big part of Hawluca's development

I have high hopes for this rewrite. It started off almost identically to how the real XY series did, but setting Lysandre up early is nice. It seems Serena is still going to have performances as her goal, but hopefully this rewrite can make me actually like her to some degree. Clemont with a Mega Ampharos is nice (although I do agree Manectric would fit him more). Seeing as both Xerneas and Yveltal as well as AZ are included, I definitely hope this rewrite can bring some more characters who went underused in the anime, like the Elite Four, can also get some time in the spotlight (though the one I truly want to see is a certain shape shifting gal). Honestly, if it even gets CLOSE to the writing of Pokémon Adventures XY chapter's level of writing this might become one of my favorite AniPoke related things!

My suggestions (for now)? Give Jessie & James a couple more Pokemon each and don't make Ash's entire party all fully evolved.
Is there a problem with ashs entire team being fully evolved except Pikachu in Kalos?

@@Omzstarrr true his type overlap too much I will still keep Hawlucha and Noivern because of their relationship but I will get rid of Talonflame and replace with pyroar it would fit Ash and also it has the normal typing normal types are weak to fighting types but Hawlucha and Noivern can cover that weakness.

Yes this is a direct sequel to the BW rewrite, but it’s not necessary to go back and watch the first rewrite.

A good advice I have for this rewrite is to give the other starters Bond Phenomenon forms similar to Ash Greninja. Either that or give them Mega Evolutions exclusive to this rewrite.

I like that clemont will get a mega but wouldnt manectric fit more, since hes had a luxray in the anime and luxray is the early electric type of sinnoh while manectric is the one in hoenn?
