I'm depressed, have anxiety, and am just a mess in general. I checked myself into the hospital for suicidal thoughts and wanting to. I'm out now and it's weird. I felt at home with others who are struggling. I got a tattoo that says "my story isn't over yet" to help remind myself that I'm not done, to not give up. Whoever reads this, hang in there. I'm struggling, but I'm not letting the evil thoughts win. Much love everyone ❤

I work on a mental health emergency line. I play this all day, it keeps me calm and centred and all the clients comment on how relaxing my voice is. Even though the music is not loud enough to be picked up I think it really has a beneficail effect for the clients in theh back ground. Great work thanks
