Hey you’re absolutely 100% correct. Never mind what everyone else says. You told your friend the correct way to look at buying expensive cars. I rock with you.
Yeah youre speaking facts. Even if you put down 15k down. Payments still going to run into $1300 and higher. So his best bet would be a used hellcat with low miles or a scat
You're not hitting on nobody you just giving your honest opinion but what I would do if I was you by what you like because at the end of the day you the one who are going to have to cut back on spending I'm going to the parties and buying clothes and all of that stuff so if he falls he's going to have to pick himself up and continue to move forward you're not hating you're just telling him your opinion 💯🇯🇲🇺🇸😲🥹🥺🙄
Only live this live once , don’t cheat yourself treat yourself! Edit but make sure all priorities are in order. When I was 18 I wanted a 2000 Audi s4 and my gf dad said do you even have $5k in savings for emergency? Made me think and every since I always made sure I had a savings for emergencies, granted it’s not year 2000 anymore which only means savings is a lot more now , point is just cuz you can afforded ask yourself does it make sense first!
Thats good advice. As a young person you shouldn't go into a big car like this. Start small and go up. Beautiful car just not worth the money to me. Congrats to everyone that financed a $1500-2k payment 😂.
The fact that we here talking about a $1000 car note for a Dodge Charger of any trim is crazy to me. My scat pack brand new was $600 a month loaded...smh....poeple need to wake up that car is waaaaay over priced.
For all you guys who want a hellcat to pick up girls every girl I talked to says to them there is no difference between a scat and a hellcat they look exactly the same and they all say it's stupid to pay almost twice as much for one just because of motors faster
Looks wise but performance wise it’s a huge difference. You can’t mistake that supercharger whine. Hellcats are a special car. I have owned both and I could never go back to a scat after driving a hellcat
Best advice to your friend, besides what you already told him, is to get a later model (2019, 2020, 2021, etc.), if he really wants one that bad.
I got me a 23 RT Durango fully loaded and I’m loving it. Fuck a hellcat.
Rt slower than scat pack

This was probably some of the best advice I’ve ever gotten being that I want to risk it and spend my money on this car right here.

Sheesh that hellcat worth every dollar
😂😂😂 If you calling paying a markup and being underwater right off the bat, being worth every dollar, then sure it is. 😂😂😂😂
@KenPar-nx2bk After the car is paid you $25k+ in the whole. Im still waiting for these to hit $200k 😂😂😂
I gapped a hellcat in my 10speed mustang gt
Great 👍🏼
$600 for a Malibu is insane
He was staring to build credit when he bought the car. It was brand new when he got it
yea i was paying 640 for a 2020
My car payment 270$ a month and I own 3 rental properties. People need to stop investing in expensive cars.
