- Showing 3 runs while tuning the truck. Final run shows final number. Truck Made 558hp and 693trq once broken in and tuned. BTW thats water on top of the blower from icing things down.

Awesome! Thanks for the fast response, I just got a m122 yesterday and a built 5.4L with a very similar setup. Looks like I'll need a jc customs adapter plate, inlet elbow and intake tube. Anything else needed to make this work on a 01 lightning intake? Also what fuel pumps and injectors are you running?
@@96bird61 upgrade the MAF, Walboro 255, yes you must have the adaptor plate from JC, I believe I had the Ford Performance 60 or 80 lb injectors don’t recall I bought them used and had them flow matched.
@@RicanBagger219 Ok, I have a ba 2600 MAF, dual 255lph fuel pumps already didn't know if I should go more just in case. Also did you have to grind any off the firewall to make it fit? Thanks for the info
@@96bird61 perfect you should be good unless your going for bigger numbers. Yes you will need to cut and weld the firewall to have enough space. Or some guys bang the shot of of it with a hammer we cut and rewelded mine.

What block or forged internals? Thinking about building or buying a forged short block soon...
Friend of mine that is a Ford Master Mechanic. Stock Block Manley Rods Manley Pistons, Ported Heads, Comp Cams, Blower swap, Ported blower, 10lb lower, Built Tranny the list is long.
@@RicanBagger219 I’m ready for the short block myself. Tranny is built. Axles and wilwoods. 9lb upper on meth, with a conservative tune until I can build my short block and buy some heads. Either TF or PI. Not sure if I will pocket the blower and run a big turbo, or twin turbo to have a bit more reliability. Big boost from the blower is just so hard on everything. Not that I won’t ever keep my foot out of it. Cross that bridge when I get there.
@@RicanBagger219 how much have you driven it and how has it held up? Just blew my stock lower end. Going to build a new one soon and hopefully be similar to your setup. Going to follow your i.g. in a minute as well. Saw it in another comment.
About how much boost are you running i have a similar set up just different cams
12 PSI is where we stopped needed more fuel

that isn't a fully built lightning as my experience learning and having one myself, its break-in tunes start off at 600hp
