This may seem very silly to say, but this is hands down one of my favorite games of all time. Imagine the next ashes game having a 40-60 hour campaign. Crossplatform. Trading systems. Imagine twice the amount of armor sets and trinkets, weapons and mods. Imagine what they could do with cosmetics. Idk man. Gets me geeked.
I'm only a week into the game and haven't even finished my first playthrough yet and I am LOVING this game. I have a feeling this will go down on my God Tier list of games.

Most people looking for a beginners guide won’t think Normal mode is easy. You’re forgetting what this game was like before you dropped 100+ hours into it, this game is very challenging, even on normal mode.
Any Monster Hunter player or Soulsborne player can enjoy this game. I bought it with a friend last week and we started playing in hard difficulty... It was fucking brilliant. Enemies also scale up if you are in multiplayer so spect some challenge if you're playing with friends.

OH MAN i wish i knew about that back-up save program beforehand, i lost my hardcore character because it got corrupted. Really glad for that mention in the video

It is a completely different thing to install software on your computer that is running on the background while you play your "free" game, browsers are browsers and it is not enough if you want to collect data on installed software and hardware.

When someone wants to log into Fecesbook on my computer, i run virtual Android session because i have all social media blocked on this W10pro install. Next smartphone im going to buy will run Linux. I have my e-mail provider that i pay for, in the country i live in, just because i do not want Göögle scanning my data "for virus protection" while simultaneously making copy of it.
This game is amazing and very, very, under rated. Just started playing it last week and I'm so annoyed i hadn't tried it before. If you are even remotely on the fence about wanting to try this game then trust me, just go get it now!!! As long as you don't mind some challenge (and some grinding) then you will have a blast. It really is the closest thing ever to Dark Souls meets 3rd person shooter while still bringing its own unique flavor to the table. This was a great video.

I went with Scrapper for Hotshot but that 30% damage increase in melee range was better than I expected, especially when you get a nice defence boost on top of it and a shotgun to boot. Don't sleep on Scrapper for early-game.
I’ve played this game a while ago and beat the campaign on normal. My friend just got it for the free ps+ and I was wondering how they updated the power scaling between teammates. I just want to know if I can play through his story with him on my current character or if I should make a new character. I just don’t want to be too strong and ruin the experience. There's only one character classes to start with and that's the x cultist so that you get the mod par generation trade right off the other traits you'll get later guaranteed that you'll get the other traits later but that trait is muy importante
I like this game but I don't know why with a friend, it always crashed during loading or we had infinite loading, in the end we never finished it... :(
Would love to see a more advanced guide now that you did a beginner guide. I know the game pretty well now but I do still have questions from time to time. Also I never expected to like this game as much as I did. Was not a fan of the dark souls games but this one I had tons of fun with and have been loving still.

And if you came from one of those games just dont play on Normal, every attack is telegraphed and most projectile can be side stepped no rolling needed infact I rarely used healing items on Normal. Except Gorefist dude is a menace since he was my 1st boss.

Gotta disagree on normal being "way too easy". Sure, with experience I'm guessing it feels simple. But it has been more than plenty of fun and quite challenging at times, and I would absolutely recommend anyone interested in Remnant to always start on normal.
Why they made the weapons upgrade useless or maybe optional? Maybe I want to overlevel the mobs, why I can't do that? Maybe I want to be OP, why the game will not let me?

This game is like a solid 6/10. Has a lot of cool things and the gameplay is ok but the boss fights lack any sense of dynamic mechanics while just flooding mobs at you to make them tougher. Not to mention the copy pasting of maps. Still a fun game though and something to do until Alatreon, or Elden Ring lol
I haven't played the game, but judging by all the footage I've seen from Phemeto and other channels, I think a 6/10 is just right. It is by no means a bad game at all from what I can tell, but it's not great either. Personally, my biggest letdown from what I've researched is the bland visuals, not in terms of graphics, but in terms of level visuals, armor visuals and weapon visuals. I think Remnant would be much better if it gave players cooler looking armors. I'm looking at RUclips videos of all the armors and weapons you can get look so ugly and unimaginative. I'm not saying the weapons and armor have to be as fancy as Monster Hunter, but considering that this game is a blatant Souls-like, you would think that the devs would know that visually appealing equipment is a huge draw for people. Plus, on a similar note, the environments generally look bland and drab (and, as you point out, I see so many copy-pasted things).

The only reason why I ever struggled with a boss in this game is because while I fight them, 20 enemies charge me at the same time.
Ima be real with yal I'm a solo hunter it's Hella fun put hot shots on his pistol and mending aura on his rifles upgrade them hoh it is the best strategy I've used put it in combo with reduced elemental ranged and melee damage intake and increased reload speed and increased regenerate of health and stamina gat damn ( oh side note you may need increased speed of consumables so you get hit less any way
I can't pick up handgun ammo because " not enough room" so how do I get rid of some of my useless gear?? I can't figure this out for the life of me!! 😵😵🙃
This needs to be said, this game ISN’T Souls-like, it’s a Rogue-like game, because of the randomly dropped enemies. It’s precisely why this game pissed me off, it’s unbalanced, chaotic and it’s method of difficulty is based solely on spamming you with as many enemies on screen to overwhelm you (even in boss battles) than true trial-n-error. I gave it a few hours, but even as a die hard soulsborne fan, tis game annoyed the fuck out of me
Bro, this game is legit. I bought it on Friday (03/19/2021) while I was work & it downloaded to my system on Saturday night (03/20/2021) while I watching the Snyder cut. I just set up my character.
I play on apocalypse, for my first run, I've beaten 1 boss so far, prey for me, people would recommend getting hgear first then new game plus apocalypse, but I was like fk that I always play on the highest difficulty, it's how its ment to be played or it wouldn't be there........
i recommend getting your game louder so you can hear them coming. also, when the dude starts glowing red that means he is spawning them so DONT shoot him while he is doing it - just make some space between you and him and kill all adds before he gets to you - then dodge. if you still have problems google 'how to get SMG remnant' and buy Hot Shot from girl in ward 13 to yeet it on your new gun. also, dont forget that you can buy all kinds of damage boosters and ammo boxes from one-legged dude in ward. it really shouldn't be that hard if you played souls-like games before. i personally just killed undying king with +5 coach gun that you get at the begging of the game and +0 random armor that i got from iskall queen for free.

I got like 40hrs on div2 and 50hrs on fortnite and like 20 on tlou1 and finished ds1 just under 50 hours and this game at first IS HARD. especially with the mechanics if you are coming from ps plus humble yourself and start on normal and play harder on later play throughs or you will not enjoy this game. Outside of that I'm having a blast best tps on the market rn
OK the game is it for free on PS plus now so I just started playing it I have no clue what to do because it doesn’t give you any mission details it doesn’t tell you what to do no where can you find the details of your mission the map is terrible I have no idea what to do I just went to some other base and don’t know how the hell I got where I got in I don’t know what to do there at all tell me what to do and I’m just walking around like a dumbass so to me this game is pretty stupid I can’t even figure out what to do

I felt the weapon balance was pretty bad to be honest. Once I got the Assualt rifle there didn't feel any need to use any of the other weapons, it was just so strong.
Team play changes that. Everyone running an AR is a bad idea on higher difficulty, it's nice to have someone destroying up close, someone with an AR to finish all the low health enemies and a sniper picking off the highest threats and covering the other players flanks. Otherwise you can be surrounded and wrecked really quickly. Overall probably the best weapon for solo for sure though

honestly you are just making it harder for them. you need good traits, specyfic build and incredible dodge to run melee effectively. maybe just try to go for support build.
also your reasoning for choosing a specific class is wrong anyhow you can buy all the starting weapons and gear what you can't buy are the traits.and again the trade that gives you the most bang for the buck the beginning of the game is Spirit for the mod power generation. And as far as your claim that the scrap or can'tbe played because he has no range that's just bull s*** they all come with the repeater pistol which is actually a perfectly good weapon.

Man, I don't know how you say this game isn't hard on Normal. Honestly, this game is tough you definitely need to have the patience for it.

“Normal difficulty is easy” really means: Grind the same level over x25 to beat the same level than restart the next level...

this game is quite challenging but not as bad as Helldivers 2. I had to play coop multiplayer to advance in the game at all.

You're HUD is different do you have mods? If so where did you get them?

@@konto-fu9tq thx alot, never play any soul game but did clear division 2 in heroic. After reroll again and again, i finally meet the other boss, but now i get better gear, I'm able to beat him few times.

I got like 40hrs on div2 and 50hrs on fortnite and like 20 on tlou1 and finished ds1 just under 50 hours and this game at first IS HARD. especially with the mechanics if you are coming from ps plus humble yourself and start on normal and play harder on later play throughs or you will not enjoy this game. Outside of that I'm having a blast best tps on the market rn

OK the game is it for free on PS plus now so I just started playing it I have no clue what to do because it doesn’t give you any mission details it doesn’t tell you what to do no where can you find the details of your mission the map is terrible I have no idea what to do I just went to some other base and don’t know how the hell I got where I got in I don’t know what to do there at all tell me what to do and I’m just walking around like a dumbass so to me this game is pretty stupid I can’t even figure out what to do

I felt the weapon balance was pretty bad to be honest. Once I got the Assualt rifle there didn't feel any need to use any of the other weapons, it was just so strong.
Team play changes that. Everyone running an AR is a bad idea on higher difficulty, it's nice to have someone destroying up close, someone with an AR to finish all the low health enemies and a sniper picking off the highest threats and covering the other players flanks. Otherwise you can be surrounded and wrecked really quickly. Overall probably the best weapon for solo for sure though

honestly you are just making it harder for them. you need good traits, specyfic build and incredible dodge to run melee effectively. maybe just try to go for support build.

also your reasoning for choosing a specific class is wrong anyhow you can buy all the starting weapons and gear what you can't buy are the traits.and again the trade that gives you the most bang for the buck the beginning of the game is Spirit for the mod power generation. And as far as your claim that the scrap or can'tbe played because he has no range that's just bull s*** they all come with the repeater pistol which is actually a perfectly good weapon.
You are covering the basics by spoiling advanced armors and worlds.
Game is inaccessibly difficult. Meaningless. Sort of looks nice though. Thanks, I've got better things to do with life.
