A Cloud Of Stars / 2122 - Reworked

“A Cloud of Stars / 2122 (Reworked)” is a futuristic sci-fi tone-poem that was originally released on the band’s 2023 album ‘The Total Space’. The track has been reworked here through collaboration with multi-instrumentalist Justin Grounds into an epic time-travelling piece that somehow mixes Blade Runner aesthetics with elements of new classical film scores and a nod to the Irish 2022 population census time capsule!
Centred around felt piano, a woodwind/brass ensemble and a one-line mantra this single release is three minutes longer than the album version, with an extended synth coda to bring us from adversity to the stars (per ardua ad astra)!
