Having more than 2 blue bumpers at once was a really bad decision with the new update...1-2 are a hazard, 3 and more rather a blockade. Ruins lots of good and fun races for nothing, don't get why they did that.
Yeah not a huge fan of that change either. I don't mind them in general, but it can be a bit silly in very stacked lobbys where it's already pretty chaotic. I think a good addition to the game would be if you can turn off blue bumpers in private lobbys such as these.

sort of grim how lower tier geese massively outperform skilled rays in lobbies like these, game balance is so out of whack
