You could do the same thing by just taking off the guard, turning the gas adjuster around a few times to max it out and putting the guard back. Flame looks exactly the same and it takes 10 seconds and does it every time just lighting up.
so you basically turned a lighter in to a lighter that now needs lightning, hmmm...

What i do is i get a lighter and a syringe and tape em together and my fuel source is normaly somefing that is liquid and very flammable

He's right, it's just a lighter that needs another lighter to light. It's not any hotter than another light and the flame is about as big. It's fun, I guess, but it's just a way of making a more expensive and less useful lighter.

What is the problem that you are facing?
I don't see any fuel accelerate, or anything that would change the thermal dynamics of this setup.
HOWEVER>>>> Using the same setup., instead of simply leaving the needle inside of the chamber, if you can some how feed the needle through a bigger needle., then cut them to the same size., u can pull the plug from the back, light it, then attach an oxygen concentrator to it and then make a torch.
Claude Gong the challenge with that is not diluting the butane, this set up is a complete waste of time

Essentially you are building a surface mix-torch. feeding the fuel through the smaller diameter tube you light the fire using butane, but the outside hole you will blow butane thru., ie, feed that needle through the hole and maybe swap out the needle with one from a basketball hoop., the back of your plunger pull out all the way and feed it into a oxygen concentrator and then use the valve on the concentrator to regulate how much pure oxygen would feed thru., because the oxygen is pure, it will work better then the video im referencing., however the referenced video will work better still...
Hmmm., unless he filled that tube up with kitty litter and then pressurized it then the zeolite will absorb the nitrogen from the air and release pure oxygen for a few seconds., lol
But keep in mind what we are building is a surface mix torch with oxygen as an accelerate.. its what i use when blowing glass.,
