Great vid. I have wired motorcycle and cars with regular connectors from any auto parts supply stores. But they suck and don't finish nice. It looks like a back yard hack job no matter how hard you try. I like these connectors you're providing. I'm getting good at rewiring now I want the finished product to look good too. I subscribed and will be ordering through you fellers👍🇨🇦🍺
@@AndrewTrevaskis I'm having a difficult time determining if the female connector is supposed to have an orange piece inserted to hold the pins in place ?
@@steikio1 That’s how I’ve totally fooked a myriad of Deutsch connectors. The big female connector body should naturally take the bigger ‘orange’ wedge, but whoa no, it actually takes the smaller ‘green’ wedge lock… believe that or not!

Awesome video
Great video, thank you. Do you have a video on how to assemble a Deutsch DTM series connector?
Assembly of the DTM series is basically the same as the DT Series. We will get a video up on this for you shortly

What's the deal with the silicon rubber boots? I assume you have to punch a small hole in the end of the boot to accommodate the wires?
Yes this is correct
