Hello I am so glad I found your channel, you are a very good sewing teacher. I also sew but not for a long time you have shown me sew thing which I had forgotten todo. thank you very much for your lesson you are teaching.
I have been sewing for a long time but only here and there and so I fumbled my way through things, never knowing what I was doing. Lol. You have taught me so much and You focus on the details which is what I was so missing. Today, it took me six hours but I made my first Christmas runner. I love it and I love you and your sewing channel, your daughter and Manny. Please keep teaching us. It’s so much appreciated.
What an easy, pretty, festive table runner. I may have to make some presents for Christmas stockings. Thank you. I enjoy your presentations because you have a great calming voice and you don’t tell me I can not use my imagination.
Sherrell, I’m so sorry I misspelt your name last time !!!!!!!! Thank you so much that table runner is gorgeous. And I really really enjoyed watching you work. xxx Mags

wonderful tutorial...how much fabric did you need for the backing?
Hi Cindy. It depends on how long you make your table runner. You will need anywhere from 1/3 yard to 2/3 yard. Thanks for watching, and happy sewing.
I would begin in the middle when steaming/ironing interfacing.
Hi Meema. Thanks for the tip. Thanks for watching💗and happy holidays😍
Lovely
What kind of interfacing is this ? I’m kind of teaching myself sewing and watching your videos . Thank you
Hi Kerri. It is Pellon #808 heavy iron-on interfacing. You can use any brand. I purchased this from Walmart. Thanks for watching, and happy sewing.
This is the most beautiful jelly roll I've ever seen. I just love it and I cant get it. I live in South Africa. Its impossible 😭
working on this, I notice that the strips are just slightly off on the ends, Is thistaken care of when we trim and put on the interfacing?
Hi Cindy. Yes. Thanks for watching, and happy sewing.
Thumbs up
Thank you 😀
What fabric is the backing
Hi Josephine. I used quilt fabric. Thanks for watching💗 and happy sewing😍
It would be easier to make by sewing the strips together while they are still long then cut to size.
Karen Poole This is for beginning sewing students.
Sorry I spelled Manny name wrong .😲
