I think it’s difficult to afford not to be awed by the resilience of the Eritrean rebels; especially in the most vital and decisive fronts that shaped the outcome of the struggle for both sides. I doubt if ever in the history African warfare, was there a sovereign nation that suffered a shattering loss to rebels of any cause, with a scale and devastation as spectacular as in the the battles of Af’abet and Massawa. Whatever the reasons behind maybe, defeat is always bitter; that’s why after the game is over, it tends to be filled with blame games than admissions. But when it’s out in the open for all to see, I believe it’s better to admit, than deny the undeniable.
@Xavier Castro Perhaps you didn’t properly read the comment. Or, even if you did, you failed to understand it, Señor Xavier ;-) I talked about Af’abet and Massawa; and the Eritrean rebel fighters. I didn’t say anything about Bademé or Isayas. If you want, I can comment about Bademé and Isayas too; but I doubt you’d understand that either. By the way, I noticed you wrote “dud” to mean “dude”; and “dump” to mean “dumb”. I’d think your Spanish could be better than your English. Maybe you’d rather post in Spanish next time ;-) Why would someone calling himself "Xavier Castro" even care about Bademé and Isayas, anyway? Maybe you thought Bademé was Belize; and Isayas was Iglesias? Hahaha! :-) :-)
@@yonijoni4636 ha ha ha Yoni; but he called for it, didn't he? :-) Even funnier, when I clicked to read your reply, I saw the name is changed from "Xavier Castro" to "Young Nasir11". I don't think it would it change anything, though. Latin American, he was then; Egyptian he now seems to be. Either way, he's meddling in an issue he shouldn't have any concern.
