It appears to be comical, but Ian Alleyne needs to investigate whether they are truly drug dealers or not. If they are truly these boldface offenders of the law, then they need to be arrested. I sympathize with drug users and believe that they shouldn't face incarceration,instead they should be fined and placed in a rehab, but those who sell the drugs should face the full brunt of the law. I saw how Mr. Alleyne was astonished by her lack of fear for the law; it was both amusing and disturbing to watch her behaviour.
