Probably the best outdoor museum in the UK!!!! Didn't the Isle of Mann used to have a bunch of old transport oddballs?

Lovely trams in a great living museum. Nice to see the Bluebird back in its original colours.

Been to a Crich several times a wonderful place. Remember riding on the London trams in public service in the late 1940’s and some of the provincial trams in public service in later years.

I love the 106 tram, due to it being the exact model of tram used in my town from 1903 to 1929, I should go here oneday.

An excellent overview, made all the better because the filming was presumably done utilising a tripod, thus ensuring steady picture quality, as opposed to the very many wobbly efforts to be seen on RUclips.

Many thanks, having a tripod certainly helps, though I certainly wish my hands were as steady as this!

As a model railroader, I would love to have one of the double deckers for for the streetcar section. I did acquire 2 die-cast models but they were 00 scale(1:72) and did not fit under the wire (HO 1:87). They will eventually end up as flatcar loads.
And thank you for great shots of some beautiful cars, even the one under restoration(got to start some where).

I just released video with Crich Tramway Village from the 1970's. It is awesome to see that it still exist and people visit. Thank you.

A late friend of mine who was a keen tram enthusiast ,told me that a survey had been done to prove that people will ride trams as opposed to taking a bus . Well should this be the case we are obviously missing out in places in the UK where bus services are no longer viable.

Can someone tell me why trollybuses have 2 cables and trams only have one?

It's for the positive and negative lines for the electricity. For trams the metal tracks act as the negative line but trolleybus wheels are made of rubber
