Your videos haven been so inspiring for me since I'm just getting started on art journaling in my Midori. I never would've thought to keep all the little bits and pieces that I come across during daily life and during my travels. It has really made me be more appreciative of beautiful design that I often overlook. Thank you and keep the videos coming!
I like how much work you put into your travel journals. The layouts are pretty and you can make out the details despite the size. I write big, so that may be part of my issue with working in smaller journals.
Thank you for showing us how you used your bits and bobs from everywhere. I love using little food labels, I even use cute pieces of junk mail. Like you said it's free decoration🤗.
i've been watching your videos for a while now and finally subscribed! i love your inspiring videos and tips on journaling. i have my TN for a few months now so i havent fill an entire notebook yet but i'm excited when the day comes. keep making more videos

Clear tape has made my receipts and movie tickets fade way faster than without tape. Your luck might vary. I wonder if it's worked for anyone? Or maybe with laminating paper instead of clear tape?
Wonderful!!!! I really want to make a TN, but I am not traveling anymore until I don't know when (pandemy + newborn baby girl). So I have some blank TNs bored on my shelf... ='''(
I still have so many food packages from my student exchange trip to Seoul and that was nearly 20 years ago. I should belatedly put them in a Midori rather than keeping them in a bag.
That's so awesome, wow 20 years eh! If you have time, try putting them in a notebook , then you can flip through your notebook once in a while and relive all those student exchange memories ;)
I used to glue into my journal the wrappers of all the different Kit Kat I had. Well over a dozen different flavors, occupying over 4 pages. I tried journaling in Japanese, but it's been so long I can't read the kanji without a dictionary.
+GM T (PurpleLotusHeart) Wow that is SO neat! I think i've only tried the basic ones like matcha and strawberry haha I need to maintain / keep up with kanji as well >_< We forget it if we don't use it ..Thanks for watching!
Hi just curious, does pregnant woman in japan still eat sashimi, raw beef, and raw egg? I see several pages online that in japan is considered nutritious and safe to eat sashimi. Thanks
Hello! I have seen pregnant people eat sushi/sashimi here. I cannot say I've seen anyone eat raw beef or raw egg, but I believe they would eat raw egg as its quite common to eat raw egg on rice. I personally didn't while I was pregnant, but there are ladies that still do :)
+CraftyMummy83 Thank you so much for your support~! I'm sorry, I'm currently so behind with my penpals that I cannot take on anymore. Are you part of any FB groups? If you look up RAK (random act of kindness), you can find groups where you can find someone to send some happy mail to :D I think it's such a wonderful thing that you're doing - spreading the love with other people xoxo

Great video! Do you add watercolour before or after writing on a page?
+Dazzledust22 I add watercolour to the pages before writing, let it dry, and then write :) Thank you so much for watching!
I really want to add pictures to my journals, and I love the sizes of yours - do you have a special printer that you use to print them? Thanks! :)

Your video is so useful
Great video!!
Do u write date in junk journal ?
I wonder if you covered the receipts with clear tape if it would preserve it and it wouldn't fade...?
Clear tape has made my receipts and movie tickets fade way faster than without tape. Your luck might vary. I wonder if it's worked for anyone? Or maybe with laminating paper instead of clear tape?
i finally know what to do with the years of chocolate & candy wrappers i saved!
awesome video 😊

I have a question! So do you document every single day in your journal, or just certain special days?
I journal almost everyday in my hobonichi techo and I use my Midori tn for special events or trips :)
👍👍👍👍for hello kitty 😍😍
Shiroi koibito!
I cover my receipts and movie tickets with clear packing tape to keep the ink from fading.
+fr1t0 Awesome tip!!!!! Thank you so much :D
