To stop hairfall I recomend simmering rosemary together with cloves and a piece of onion.

You shouldn't wash it off. The main advantage of rosemary water is you can use it daily without the hair becoming greasy or something. I like to spray it on my scalp on wet hair immediately after washing as the folicules are opened so it can absorb all the good stuff much better. If you blow dry afterwards even better - little heat enhances good properties. @@tweenyphil50

But once a week i apply rosemary + castor esential oils to my scalp and massage in circles (just some drops in my fingers, warm it up, and apply as much as maybe 10 or 12 drops) Have to be patient and not use any sulfate or silicone ingredients on your hair/scalp

I watched many videos on YT about Rosemary oil n water
I thought of giving it a try. So i ordered organic rosemary leaves from amazon and kept it in the cupboard for a month n thinking will it really work or should i resell this packet to my frend who had severe hairfall like me 😂😂 but i decided to use it for a week atleast. The one u make using dry leaves has a shelf life of only 5 days in the refrigerator but the steam distilled water has a shelf life of 6 months.
I was looking everywhere for rosemary water, not to be confursed with Rosemary oil, which I do have. I had no idea I could make it at home, I thought it was distilled for some reason. I didn't know it was an herbal infusion. I do have a large packet of Rosemary in my herbs drawer in the kitchen. I'm definitely going to make it. Thank you so much for uploading this video.
The rosemary esential oil is made with lots of leaves and after a long process of warming them, the oil appears. But for a drop of esential you may need a BIG bunch of leavves

I've done coconut milk on hair and that helped
First thing I'd do is switch to sulfate free shampoo cause sulfates strip our natural oils and everything that protects the hair shaft and its color from fading. Make sure you follow with conditioner and afterwards, a leave in conditioner, which gives your hair extra protection. I do DIY Rosemary hair oil and Rosemary water with Sage and Lavendar- beautiful combonation (easy on the sage only 1-2 leaves medium size leaves, it's strong) Sage helps hair to be shiny and strong(similar to Black (Cumin Seed), Strengthen Weak, Damged and Fight Brittle Hair And Stimulates Hair Growth, Lavendar Is Anti Inflammatory, Stimulats Hair Growth, prevents thinning hair, it's antimicrobal, helping fight fungi and bacteria from growing, prevents head lice and has a calming effect. Great for massaging the scalp which eveyone should do weekly (at least 2x - 3x a wk) it stimulants the scalp blood flow and hair growth.

no, the water isn't stickie, so you can use it everyday without having to wash your hair. I use it twice a day and wash my hair only once a week. :)
