I absolutely love how you explain when things aren’t right and how you fix them. To me, it shows you are a humble and honest man who isn’t afraid of being truthful. That being said, your work is always so amazing!
As an intermediate-level cake baker, I appreciate that you share your "well that didn't work" moments in the video and discuss the reality of how long certain elements (e.g. the hands) really take you. The idea of carving a cake is one thing I have yet to tackle, it makes me so nervous!
