  • I thought I'd upload a better quality version of this opening.
This opening also included the Oliver and Company VHS promo but I cut it out because it had the song 'Why Should I Worry' playing in the background.
This video was released on 21st November 2001.
    Here's the order:
    1. Buena Vista warning scroll (1993-2005)
    2. Walt Disney Home Entertainment logo (2001-2006, blue background)
    3. G rating screen (1994-2001)
    4. Coming Soon to Own on Video and Disney DVD screen (2001-2006)
    5. Cinderella II: Dreams Come True VHS promo
    6. Now Available to Own on Video and Disney DVD screen (2001-2006)
    7. The Aristocats promo
    8. Oliver and Company VHS promo (removed from this video)
    9. Snow White and the Seven Dwarves Special Edition VHS promo
    10. The Emperor's New Groove VHS promo
    11. Feature Presentation screen (2001-2005)
In case you're wondering, the film starts off with the original Buena Vista logo intact complete with the original thunderclap.

I guess 'The Rescuers' 1997 VHS has previews:
    1. Buena Vista warning scroll (1993-2005)
    2. Disney Videos logo (1995-2001)
    3. 'G' rating screen (1994-2001)
    4. Coming Soon To Video screen
    5. 'Hercules' VHS promo
    6. Now Available screen
    7. 'Sleeping Beauty' VHS promo
    8. 'Oliver & Company' VHS promo
    9. 'Beauty and the Beast: The Enchanted Christmas' VHS promo
    10. Disney Videos 1997 Promo
    11. Feature Presentation screen (1993-2001)
    12. Buena Vista logo (The Rescuers variant)
    Is that right?

+David Spence I wish I knew but I haven't seen the opening, so I don't know if it's right here or not.

That's okay. I gave Conor Weeks the list of some VHS openings I ever requested.
In terms of my 'Alice in Wonderland' film, you said that the story was set in the 19th Century while 'Goodbye Christopher Robin' was released last year in the 21st Century, since the poster I chose for the scene of Alice falling down the rabbit hole. Is that right?

+David Spence I think I was thinking of the Christopher Robin movie from 2018. I might've gotten it mixed up. I'm mostly right about the centuries though. Speaking of which, do you remember seeing balloons in Robin Hood (1973)? Did you know that balloons (the kind you see at festivals and parties) were actually invented in the 19th century?
