@@kiracite Thats exactly what they did to strengthen it. by nerfing heat burst you are incentivized to side step more and thus the feeling of the game restricting movement or punishing you for attempting it is gone

At 1:56 the combo dropped because of the fake DF 1 "buff". Kazuya is weaker than ever. A god of destruction vs an emperor, the fight should have been less even. Kaz is weaker. CD 1+2 is too slow for high level play, and FF2 got nerfed as well as DF1,4, which got super nerfed (unsafe on block)

The patch kind of fixed the DF1 hitbox, which needed to be fixed. After the patch, the DF1 hitbox is still worse than the Tekken 7 df1 hitbox. Kazuya got a fake buff. His df1 was simply FIXED. In exchange for fixing DF1, they nerfed his FF2 and made DF 1,4 unsafe on block, which sucks. Bros. KAZUYA IS WEAKER. TEKKEN Developers hate Kazuya. These were fake buffs. Also, CD 1+2 is too slow to use at high-level play. The move is like 24 frames slow. That move is still useless. After the patch, F+2 is not hitting well, and the 3+4...string is whiffing at the wall. Kazuya is weird now. Stop promoting these fake buffs. Kazuya got nerfed again. Jin is a bizillion times stronger because of all the tools he possesses. Harada mains Jin, so he will always manage to make Kazuya way weaker than Jin. A basic example: Kazuya's and Jin's FF2; Jin's FF2 has longer reach, is 2 frames faster, and is safer on block. Also, compare Jin's ridiculous FD2, FD2, which gives him +5 frames on block compared to Kazuya's slow 24 frames patricide fist that gives him +5 frames on block. Harada always manages to give Jin an advantage over Kazuya.
this is exactly why Mishima Star doesn't want to buff Kazuya. People keep complaining no matter what they do. Kazuya mains are the whiniest sub fanbase i've ever seen and it's people like you that give Kaz mains a bad rep

There is a big difference between kaz and reina. As reina has many stances long combos and lots of buffs which kaz don't have

Df 1,4 had no utility outside of wall travel. It's pretty much his t7 Df1,2 ff4 combo replacement
