    www.savotta.fi/products/kahak...
    A seriously sensible, utterly functional and rugged all-around combat/daypack, made to meet the diverse carrying needs of the regular soldier. Total capacity with side pouches filled ca. 30 litres, with many external attachment points for additional gear.
    The Kahakka 25L has a total capacity, side pouches included, of ca. 30 litres, plus numerous attachment options for extra gear. The Kahakka 25L has enough capacity for all sorts of essential mission related and personal equipment, including bulky cold weather clothing which is a must-have here in Finland.
    ”Kahakka” is Finnish for a “small battle” or “skirmish”, quite suitable for what is literally a small combat pack. The “special thing” about the Kahakkas is that these really aren’t special at all. These are serious packs for the 99% of users who need a straightforward all-around combat/daypack with enough scalability and versatility for various jobs and changing situations.
    Available in green, brown, black, M05 woodland and Multicam. All colour options offer great NIR performance, as should be expected from serious military gear makers like us.
    Made in Finland and Estonia, from EU and US made Cordura and Finnish and US made webbing.

    Kahakka 15L vs 25L, which one to choose?
    First of all we are not the experts on what you need, you are. The big difference between these two is of course the size, the 25L being considerably bigger than the 15L. On top of that the 25L has a belt and top lid pouch which the 15L does not.
    If you commonly need to carry bulky winter clothing on top of your other essential gear, as we do here in Finland: get the 25L. If you want a streamlined, compact pack and don’t need that extra 10 litres of space: get the 15L. Either way both packs offer many options to add extra gear to the outside, and good compression straps to tighten down the pack when half full.

    Most companies out there must need to learn marketing & advertisment skills from Savotta

    • @VATANDSHARK
      @VATANDSHARK 10 дней назад +5

      Savotta has to be good at marketing as not every one goes with the "bye once cry once". Their adds display the quality of there work in the environments it will endure. Only if big companies like apple showed what your brand new titanium phone would look like after you accidently sit on it. Another company/ branch of a company that does this really well is g-shock though I think with all the collectables take away from the brilliance f the mud man and the ranger series.

    Question @Savotta: Can the 15l Kahakka be attached to Multiday packs like the Jakkeri M or L? Given they come with G-Hooks already and removable Straps. Would be nice to know. Means I could use the more versatile 15l instead of the Hatka. Giving me a summer pack for temperate climates. Jakkeri M a s winter pack/overnighter. Combined it would make a great week+ setup. Prefer steel D rings and G-hooks over the SR-buckles for slim/sturdy.

    • @Savotta
      @Savotta  5 дней назад +1

      Sure it can, but you need to come up with "something" to make it happen. One pretty simple mod would be threading female SR buckles onto the side compression straps and then attaching the side compression straps of the Jääkäri M or L to those.

    • @silentandproud882
      @silentandproud882 5 дней назад

      @@Savotta Thank you for the swift response. The “hack” will be no problem. Was already searching and it seems in one of your pictures there’s a 15l attached to a bigger pack😊
      Would be nice to see the steel D-rings being used in the Jakkari series too. More flexible for the individual wearer.

    • @Savotta
      @Savotta  5 дней назад +1

      You can carry a laptop or tablet in the hydration bladder comparment, but it is not padded from the bottom or sides so we really recommend using a protective cover.

    • @tomzeru
      @tomzeru 5 дней назад

      @@Savotta thank you for the answer :) a laptop of what size? What is the width and length of the bladder compartment?

    • @Savotta
      @Savotta  4 дня назад +1

      @@tomzeru The bladder compartment is approximately 27 cm wide, 40 cm high and can fit quite thick stuff, like a radio which is 10 cm wide at the sides. Since laptops vary a bit in external dimensions, especially with different types of protective covers, it's best to go with these measurements to see if yours will fit or not. We can't say with 100% certainty that a particular size of laptop will fit perfectly.
