This video shows off some new features of the 2016 Macbook Pro and showcases some comparisons to my 2011 Macbook Pro. In this video we bring the spotlight to the port situation, screen display, new butterfly keyboard, trackpad, front facing speakers, and lastly the touchbar.
Please note that this is my take on the new Macbook and am totally fine if you disagree. There are definitely pro's and con's to the new macbook pro, but I like it so far.

Just did my vid on this too, looks like I might have to go ahead and get one myself. I'm going to wait for the 2017 model though.
TimeCode Mechanics yea Waiting out for the 2017 model will probably address some of the cons or the technology will catch up with the usb c, I just had to do it since the model I upgraded from was 2011 (couldn't take it anymore lol)
I don't understand why the touch bar is been so criticized it can be used as normal or be customized also fun and pretty seriously why not! my car have heated chairs and I'm in Florida even if is 2 or 3times a year that is cold how awesome to have it if I need it
I totally agree lol the touchbar is also just so easy to get acclimated to in my opinion. I think the biggest fuss about the touchbar is that being a main feature on this upgrade, it doesn't provide much at the moment (which is also brings me back to the tech surrounding the pro to catch up, such as how the apps use the touchbar) and that price point for this spectacular feature doesn't help its cause. I can see it both ways, its always a personal preference but I'm glad you like the touchbar!

Ive got a quick question, Im on the fence between 2017 13 with touch bar $1800 and 15 with touch bar $2400.
I will be using Final Cut pro for editing, and all my vid will be less than 10min.
would it be ok to go with 13inch or go with 15inch?
honestly comparing the specs I think the 13in for 1800 should be more than sufficient for running FCP for editing. Outside of specs, the 15 in gives you more screen real estate which is important for editing, but if you're on the move and edit on the go, the portability of a 13 in is probably more suitable. Hope this helps!
