There is no joy like cheese joy. The Fine Cheese Co crackers are the absolute best too. I am really fortunate that my local fine food store does a weekly cheese box for two with tasting notes, matching chutney and wine pairing. It is the best way to spend a weekend evening. The absolute dream.

Found you from your cigar consultation video, and 3 minutes in to this one it's looking like it'll be just as good. But I gotta say that sparkling water bottle accidentally getting green screened was an amusing little happening.
‘If it tastes good you are probably doing it right’ is fine with me, this was another of your amazing food consultation role plays, although my stomach was rumbling throughout. The passion you had for the cheeses and your knowledge of them made your sales pitch so engaging, yet the personal attention during its delivery was so relaxing to take in. Excellent trigger created as the water was opened and poured, the effervescent sound certainly created delivered a spine-tingling moment for me. I would agree with your comments about the Wensleydale with Apricots, I have tried something similar, and the combination of flavours works well together. The Lime and Chilli Jelly sounds interesting and probably quite a subtle taste that works well with cheese. Right, I had better leave it there otherwise I will be rambling on about the joys of cheese!🧀 Thanks for the time you have put into the creation of this, I really enjoyed it. I was finally able to try Wensleydale today… it didn’t have apricots in it tho. I thought the lemon and honey one. It tasted like lemon sorbet. It was the most delicious cheese I have ever had in my entire lifetime.
