Is there a difference between the sticks that have feathers on the bottom and the ones that don’t? Or is that a personal preference?

its personal preferences , the sticks with feathers at end which are usually painted are common in the northern parts of Zululand.They are usually slightly heaver with a larger head at the end. But warriors will switch according to preferences.

Yes, he is still alive.I plan on going back to Zululand this year, i have not been able to go due to finance and i do not have anyone financing me for all the work i have done it has all been out of my pocket because of love for my culture. If i had finance i would be there right now that is where this journey began
