El corolla con ese motor camina mucho mas, siempre se noto que se aguantaba el motor y el velocimetro nunca fue a fondo ni siquiera llego en algun momento al 70%
need the trim pieces and the rear hatch weather stripping, any idea where i can find these things? i have 1980 corolla sr5 coupe, looks identical to this one, witch by the way looks awesome.
Nope it is sold as KE70 and that is what is shown on the type tag. K stands for the "K" 1.3 engine. If you don't believe me.. i will make a picture of it for you :)
Looks sleeker than most sports cars today, and RWD
Beautiful Corolla!!!!! These are classics where I am from in Puerto Rico. Nice to see one in such great condition.
Thank you!
I like how you had a brake failure yet you still kept driving spirited!
Yeah man! I went back a year later with Supra brakes, check the vid of the lap and also a wet lap!
rwd 4age+that 4throttle sound..most fun to drive
I owned one about 20 years ago and loved it ,never had to fix anything
Best sound on that track, that day, no doubt xD
I miss my dx corolla sedan... The one with quad lights... Should have made it like this
still keep mine did it 4ag carbed it but wont be easy to pass inspections and make a trip 2000km to ring. !!
Which brakes did you use back then? Stock ke70’s or stock ae86’s? The car seems to be running non airdiscks am I right?
First ran Ae86 standard brakes. Then upgraded to MA70 Supra brakes in the front.
Awesome. Do you have any more pics of the car? It's shape is very interesting.
Thanks! Sure, just google my name should get you started.
@@KeesReijne Great, thankyou.

Dacht altijd dat dit een te71 was kees ,
KE70 volgens het type plaatje... vanwege de originele 1.3 K motor.
Which gear box you match with 4age
Original AE86 (T50) gearbox.
@@KeesReijne which engine come with this gear box t50

Stock AE86 Final drive with stock T50 gearbox

Is that RWD or FWD?
really like really? you must be joking of course it is rwd
Dakota Rynearson I thought so too but wanted to be sure.
+Maincraft look at the way the engine was placed. That could help your confusion.
RWD sir.

Kees Reijne well te71 is the fastback like this one
Ke70 is the coupe as far as i know
K is for K engine like 3K and 4K, T is for T engine like 2T and 3T.
omg cant w8 to 4age mine
Do it! good luck with the wiring its a pain in the A.. (if you go 20v)
is it a T50 o a W# box? and if its a W# box, how did you adap it?
I'm late but you should beams swap it. More power stock than a built 4age and more reliable
