Yup, it's insane. In parts of Marin, a very wealthy and desirable location north of San Francisco, this is $3 to $4 million... but not in Silicon Valley. Even in Santa Barbara it's still $4 million tops. I saw a totally restored and updated Eichler in Marin for just under $2 million. In Palo Alto that house would be north of $9 million. Demand is high, everyone is making high 6 figure incomes, and it's a short commute to those jobs. No one moves there, they're already there and they just keep buying up... and up.

I honestly don't see a 6 million house. 1 or 2 million and that is me being nice.
Seriously, how does this place just north of 6 million? Somebody, please help me out with this. Is it because it is in Paolo Alto?
very reasonable for the size and area
