What about off contact for plastisol and solid screens for long runs?
We always print very flat to garment with very little off contact, you do need to use a different style of printing
@@GOCCOPROUK ok that is an issue with multi coloured prints as you need minimum ¼" off contact to prevent fibrillation and tribble prints. Is there an option with solid frames with Digital screen printing?

Can the screen master be reused?{a screen master pode ser reutilizada?}
if you used waterbed inks you can wash ups and reprint later. The screens are costed and made to be disposable
