I’ve tried everything from boozing and self medication to sleep studies and doctors but these stories are what really allow me to rest. The gentle safety of the narrating voice and the stories do it for me so much better. Thank you. I had almost forgotten what good sleep feels like.

Oh this is tremendous, finally an 8+hr video that isn’t 90% background music!! As one of the few users who subscribes to YT premium just to avoid adverts during sleep stories/meditations, the long videos aren’t beneficial to me so I’m excited about this!!! Thank you for your service as always!

After my daughter had passed away a couple months ago, sleep has eluded me and the doctor wanted to medicate me. I found your videos and they were so relaxing. I started going to sleep.
