    Dirk's defense is so underrated but if you're a real dirk fan you know that his defense is not bad as they think.

      Yes that's right! He was always a good team defender and solid defender in his younger days. He got a lot of sneaky steals and blocks because of his quick hands.

      i feel like if your a"basketball fan" you would see that dirk underrated.

      Dirk was a Monster!!!

    Thats why KG , CWEBB , and even sheed doesnt give as much love as they should be to dirk. Because they know whats up with dirk. Dirk cooked em all.🔥. Dirk was a monster. He was basically a power forward with a shooting guard skill.

      I really feel like they refuse to give him the credit and love he deserves because they're salty about getting scorched by an European.

      KD before KD

    Before Durant, Wemby and Chet. There was Dirk, fast, fluid and coordinated, never forget the OG that is Dirk Nowitzki

    Dirk was KD before KD came along. The pull-up midrange shots, the faceup, the quick first step relative to his height, the pull-up 3. The way he post-up Wallace and Pippen -- two premier defenders at the forward spots -- tells me he can excel in any era.

    Man, this video is real jewel, thank you again. These are the videos that people forget when the say that KD is better than Dirk (I don´t know how he will return after his injury). Dirk was the real revolutionary PF, by the time the NBA started to play small ball, most of the temas started to play positionless bball, so isn´t rare the KD, LBJ or heck even Kawhi play at the four, but in the early 2000´s that was rare and highly criticized

      Yep, Dirk was truly the first "unicorn" who revolutionized the power forward position. I'll be dropping a Dirk career mixtape next Friday (Dirk's birthday)! Hope you'll check that one out.

      If Dirk had ever wanted to be in a position like KD in which he jumps from team to team to win a chip, Dirk would’ve accomplished so much more than KD

    Pippen paid the price for not letting Dirk choose the game ball.

    Thanks so much for the upload! I've been looking for Dirk's game 1 highlights from this series for the longest time! It's great to finally see it! Wow, he dominated this series! 46 pts in gm1, 42 pts in gm3, and then a super clutch 31 in gm7. It's so awesome to go back and watch his highlights from these days!

    Amazing man, I never found this game on RUclips, there is the 43 pts I think, and the seventh game. Thank you. Today all tall players copy the dirk style of play and none mention it when asked about their favorite players. I hate that

    • @PandaHank41
      @PandaHank41  4 года назад +1

      Thanks for watching as always. KD did say Dirk was one of his favorites of all-time and that he took a lot of stuff from Dirk's game. I'll be dropping a Dirk career mixtape next Friday (Dirk's birthday) that includes a KD interview saying "if Dirk was never born I don't think I'll be this good of a player." Stay tuned!

    Doesn’t get talked about enough. For me he’s the best shooter ever. I mean overall not just 3 pointers. There wasn’t a shot he couldn’t make and to shot the percentage he shot being that big it was amazing to watch. Especially in person if you were lucky enough

    If Dirk is in his prime in this Era he can easily score 40 games a night.. 10 -15 FT , 5 -3s and 10-2s .
