Good video. I liked the story. A nice change from mother in law, father in law stories. Good job!

Do not give your personal number! If they need to reach you about their kids education or what's going on in school, they can call the school and set an appointment just like everybody else

Why wasn't the mother arrested for assault?

Right?! The school should NEVER have told these teachers to drop the issue and not press charges. If it was me, I would have done it anyways. Where I live, I can't imagine our school district telling someone not to press charges. These schools aren't the greatest here but they don't ignore these types of issues.

It's unforgivable when these type of adults just hunger for power the moment they achieve something in their lives

Considering how long it took for the teacher to put 2+2 together, I don’t think I’d want her teaching my kid either.😂

Im certain only reason Karen doesn’t home school her kids is bc she needs them to have an audience to tell them how special they are all the time

The parent should have been fined or sued for the slap she gave the teacher.

These parents need to home school their children.

    • @defender4004

That would expose the children even more to the bad influence of their parents.

Also its amazing how many of these people have such GREAT reputations to uphold but they don't seem to think about how acting like entitled brats would damage those reputations

She needs to either home school or private school him if she wants him to have one on one attention is what she is trying to say. 😂

Boy, this story really resonates with me. I haven’t yet had direct contact with parents as of yet, but I am a reading intervention teacher. I have also read/heard the horror stories of parents like these. I really don’t like people who think they can use their power to abuse others. It’s honestly parents (and kids) like these that make it so more teachers quit. It’s really horrible - NO school should make their teachers put up with verbal or physical abuse from ANYONE.
….I’ll get off my soapbox now 😅

Is she wants someone to keep such a careful watch on her kid she might as well hire a governess

Ah lovely - just shows that if the OPs father had just been a nobody, she and Becky would both have ended up getting thrown out. Might makes right and goodness does NOT prevail over power. Glad we have employment rules in the UK - no way could the lawyer have been discharged for upsetting the daughter of the boss and no way would a school take the word of a parent over a teacher just because of status. Plus any parent that hit a teacher within school property (if they could have got to the staff room in the first place) would have been banned from the premises and prosecuted.

As usual it’s the peers that ruin the job. I worked in human services for years it was the admin and fellow staff that RUINED the moral and environment NOT the individuals we were supporting.

My mom is a reteied teacher, she had to deal with these types of parnets. My sil is a 2nd grade teachers, most of the parnets of her studets are crazy. She actully had this dad pick up his son with his naked mistress wrapped in blanket in the front seat of the man's trunk.

I had a classmate like "Widdle Yakey"! His mommy would even call him her "Widdle Princy Poo" up until HS! He dropped out Jr. year, because his parents divorced and his mom made him quit to get a job. He had already been held back about 3 times. That's how he ended up in the year ahead of me. She was a real 'Peach' for not only his teachers but even his school mates. I got a HUGE earful when I turned down a date. I was a 13yr old Freshman, and he was a sophomore who was 17! I was creeper TF out, even MORE so when his mom screamed in my face about how I a *13yr old led him on!* He was greasy, smelled of OB and cat piss, 10 times my size and would stalk me. I was a 80lbs preteen figure skater so for some reason had an obsession with how tiny I was compared to him. It took police intervention for him to stop and when they talked to him, that's when she, a grown ass adult, came after a child. Pretty sure she was going to slap me when I "talked back" and "Mouthed off to her. It was HORRIBLE and disgusting.

There‘s at least one known incident where she put a recording device in her son‘s things to record the teacher. She could have done so on countless occassions.
