Useless in Solo, might be okay in Multiplayer. I tried over 50 times to beat expert Rhino. Failed... 50 straight losses, even with tinkering. In contrast I'm 2 wins for 2 with Quicksilver. Scarlet Witch just doesn't work, you hold your own for a while.. then lose... she just can't pull out a win.
Recuperation is pretty good with Kamala. Her recovery is 5. And you can reduce the cost by 1 with Nakia. Not having to exhaust her means you can use her hero ability more frequently. It's really sweet.
Completely agree on Swift Retribution. You are playing an aspect that removes threat. In fact I hope they make the polar opposite card for something like defense and aggression aspect so that if you want to play say Hulk in aggression you have cards like that to let the Villain hit you to remove 4 threat from a Scheme.
I think one thing you're missing with multitasking is Ms. Marvel. Bump that 2 threat removed to a 4 for two different schemes for 1 cost? INSANE. Played against Absorbing Man and with this card was able to clear super absorbing man side scheme and the main scheme for one cost. It's bonkers with Ms. Marvel.
I think Quicksilver’s real value comes from cards that give you boosts for exhausting allies like teamwork, earth’s mightiest heroes, strength in numbers, etc since QS can exhaust for those cards twice per round. Plus you want to keep him on the board anyway to get Wanda’s boosted AE ability.
Enjoyed the overview! Haven't picked up her yet from my local store (soon) but she seems to have some interesting cards. Chaos magic seems exceptional, Scarlet Witches Crest is solid, Wiccan is a great ally justice card. She really seems like a fun character to burn through a villain with.
About Multitasking: yes it is situational but I think its greatness comes from playing 2 or 3 a turn with side schemes up: Removing 6 from main and 6 from sides, for a total of 12 for a total cost of 3...not a lots of card can do this. But again...gotta have 2 or 3 a turn to be very effective. And my friend played a nice combo with last stand. You have to be 1st player...get Maria Hill out, everyone draws..play Last stand. Mario does 4 damage and discard. Use Make the call on Maria Hill, players draws a 2nd card! Its a nice one!

Love her! I've been playing her with Quicksilver and they definitely complement each other well. I love that they're getting into playstyles that push the envelope in terms or risk vs reward.
Yeah her, Star-Lord and Drax all seem to have elements that really up the anxiety level of the game and I think that's a great addition to Marvel Champions and will appeal to those that want a more frantic experience too!

Swift Retribution - I would only play this when the Villain is confused and I can easily confuse him again. Doctor Strange or Spider-Woman maybe Turn the Tide - the best value damage in the game. 1 resource for 3 damage is crazy good! And pretty easy to trigger too

There are some main schemes that have high thresholds for threat that I wouldn't mind adding 1 or 2 for the damage output at one-cost. Again, situational. Has to be the right villain too, but I can definitely see it slotting into some scenarios. I'm love playing with here. In i turn you can do a lot of things. Card draw is important for me in this deck. Hex bolt is a key card. I'm always looking for these cards. This in your hand, the support card for looking at card and the other one where you take 2 cards and discard one... A lot of resources you can build. In solo great, i think in group even better because you can do a lot of things. The nemisis cards... That minion is hell. You must have the good card in play or in your hand, to beat her quickly :) A pain in the ass is she :D Thx for the vid, again, a love watching it. A nice moment, coming from work and relaxing looking the cards with good advice is the best thing for forgetting work! Thx
Crisis Averted seems to be either made for specific Villains, as you noted, or more importantly, 3 or 4 player games. In larger player counts 6 threat is nothing.
Scarlet Witch (Justice) and Quicksilver (Aggression) absolutely dominated the expert Red Skull campaign together. No main scheme went past stage 1, and no game went longer than about 45 minutes. The amount of burst damage potential these two bring is bananas. They pulled 38 damage to put down Red Skull, and could have gone harder if needed. If not for an untimely Guard minion they would have killed Crossbones before their first hero deck shuffle. Absolutely love these Superpowered Siblings. Multitasking is definitely going to make build a Ms. Marvel Justice deck soon. Anything that does multiple instances of damage or thwart she loves it. Also love Wiccan. Justice was sorely lacking good cheap allies.

For me the best non-hero cards in her pack are... -Wiccan - Justice needed more avengers allies and 2 cost allies are always great. - Turn the Tide - pairs really nicely with clear the area and skilled investigator to make for some big turns. Now we just need a card that can pull out side schemes. - Last Stand - shakes up the chump blocking formula much like Goliath. - Bait and Switch - protection desperately needed thwart and this card should work well with characters like Spider-Man and Quicksilver as well as decks with Unflappable, electrostatic armor and/or built in retaliate. I have a hard time getting excited for recuperate when Endurance and moment of triumph exist for less. It being AE locked makes it a tough sell at 2 cost especially when so many heroes have 3 REC (you’re always going to want down time if you bring recuperate). You’re probably just better off bringing a cheap card like Earth’s Mightiest Heroes that lets your hero ready as it’s basically the same thing. Ready hero, flip to AE, exhaust to gain your REC. you’ve healed the same amount and saved 2 cards in the process. Plus EMH has other uses as well. Granted EMH only works with Avengers but I’m guessing Guardians will have their own ready card that’s probably cheaper than recuperation.

Yeah it’s the same artist who did the Winter Soldier ally dirty. I don’t know why FFG keeps using him after he’s contributed some of the worst art in the game.

Yes, sure does. Melee, which came in Ms Marvel’s pack, gets the same effect from Embiggen.

Plus, Sense of Justice, from Quicksilver’s pack, has Ms Marvel card art and generates a mental resource for a thwart event. Such a great pair!
